Although its small, this library has all of the county libraries resources at its disposal. Need a book, reserve it online and they’ll get it ASAP from the other libraries. Love the ‘quick check’ shelf with my name in my book! They also respond to requests for kindle books, they recently added a title I requested. I’ve been able to read lots of popular books for free on my Kindle. Showed up here needing to work on and print a couple of Word documents; i was obviously a little lost not knowing what to do, and a staffer quietly noticed and helped me out. They have ALOT of computer terminals(what I had thought were just internet stations) — they are fully loaded with the Office suite. Log in with your library card(which is free to residents), and you get two hours on the machine. Did you know our fantastic library allows 70 pages of B&W printing per week? And they’ll do color @ $.50/page, half that of Staples. Quiet, clean, everything I need in a rural library, we’re very lucky to have such a fine system in Snohomish County!

I stopped at this library cuz I left too early on my way to a basketball game. I hate Sno-Isle libraries but I felt very daring that day. I was quite pleased with the appearance of the building. The inside was nice too. It took me three hours to find the DVDs so I missed the basketball game. I’m kidding. I must’ve just been very blind that day. They were against the wall. But it was kind of a maze. Anyways, I don’t need to go out of my way to visit Monroe’s library. I’d rather take a 45 minute drive down to Bellevue’s 3 floor library. There it’s easier to find stuff for some reason.
