McDonald’s

This is my go to location. Fastest drive-​thru you’ll find @ any Mickey D’s. Usually always get my order right, service is good & food is fresh. They could use a little updating on the facility though?

Slow, slow, slow! They take a long time to take an order and then even longer to get it for customers!

Yes, this is McDonalds right? What to expect if you dont check your bag prior to leaving one of their soooooo darn annoying «reserve» spots… Cold fries (hardly salted), a burger that looks like it was pulled from Big Berthas sweaty parts, and most of the time missing things that you payed for. Pretty much sums it up, gotta love it when you sit at one of those reserve spots for 5 – 10 mins waiting for fries (while multiple cars fly out of the drive through, as if they didnt order fries at McDonalds, hmmm)
I could type forever, so I wont. Thing is, I live close to this place so I gave them multiple chances before posting this horrible review to at least provide 3 star service like any other fast food place offers but just didnt happen.
Bad food, bad management, no consistancy, and overall HORRIBLE service is what you’ll get if you goto this McDonalds.

Exceptionally bad. Cold burger, dirty table, dirty bathroom (with broken plumbing), overflowing trash. 4 pm on a Monday. Yech.

Why don’t you salt your fries???
Or put a salt pack in the bag???
Or ask if I want ketchup???
Why do the fries taste like cardboard and make me throw them away???
Yuck! If it wasn’t for the Monopoly Game I wouldn’t have even stopped by!
Now I have a free McFlurry coupon and I know where NOT to go!

First of all, Jake and Elwood need to go. It’s 2013 for crying out loud!
Ever since they installed the 2^nd lane for ordering, there’s a traffic jam of cars that are being asked to pull ahead into the «reserved» areas to wait. It’s clear they can now take orders faster that they can fill them. I’ve also had a noticeable increase in incorrect orders. Probably a boardroom decision made by some clown that has never even had to eat their swill. Don’t get on 75 until after you’ve checked inside the bag. And when did «No Problem, Boss» take the place of «Thank You» and «You’re Welcome»? Also, what in world would be wrong with having the breakfast and lunch menus overlap by a few hours? Sometimes I want a burger at 10AM… or 4AM

I giving this Micky D’s a 2 star because I think they can clean up a bit. The drive thru wall is disgusting. You would think they could get the power washer out every once in a while. Dried Ketchup stuck to the wall is not what I want to see when I get fast food. The Staff is usually nice, but they OFTEN forget to put everything you need in the bag. E.G. missing straws, napkins, etc…
