West Monroe, LA
Before I moved to Monroe, I thought JC Penny’s had gone out of business. Store is nice and in good shipping location. Went looking for some new baby things and found them. Store was clean and staff so-​so. It’s just kind of got an old people vibe to it and it’s not my cup of tea. Prices were kind of high, but definitely not high end.
