My son’s teeth are not straight. I was not happy with the outcome for the money I paid and yes, he wears his retainer. My daughter’s teeth were much better. The kids did not like how they were not listened to and treated like kids who didn’t know anything rather than customers. They would be frustrated by certain workers lack of knowledge and sometimes because the person wasn’t listening I ended up bringing the kids back for *fixes* and the teeth move quick so these fixes can be a pain. My daughter didn’t like sitting there while the workers gossiped instead of just finishing her mouth and listening to her.
