I would not recommend this place. I was greeted by these two lazy women up front. When you’re in pain should you really be greeted with an attitude? I was then seen by a «physician assistant» who refused to give me an X-ray on my swollen painful wrist and proceeded to tell me to take ibuprofen. I already had pain medication from my doctor for my back, so I did not go there for pain meds. I merely wanted to make sure I did not have a broken/fractured anything. He told me that he did not want to expose me to radiation. Are you freaking kidding me!!! I ended up walking out on the PA and had to see my real doctor.

When a patient comes in with a symptoms that are not being resolved by OTC medications then one is seeking something that’s called an ANTIBIOTIC! If a patient comes in with a low grade temp and symptoms and your not treating ANYTHING they are there for! Money wasted! If your looking for any of these concerns don’t waste your co-pay! Go a little further out to Mokena, to a Walgreens or CVS!

The one in Bradley Walmart is no good, after seeing a very rude nurse prac. She told my son to go to the E.R. after waiting and paying the co-pay. What a waste of time and money. Don’t even bother going there.

The one in Bradley Wal-Mart is just as bad! They waste your time, and money and tell you to go to your local E.R. The nurse practitioner, was rude, and sent us out the door with no paper work or anything! Can’t wait to see what the insurance will bill me for this JOKE!

Drive as far as you need to in order to avoid their«immediate care». Their immediate care is causing me to go to specialist for possibly months. They should be closed!

I was so excited when this place opened. When you live in Monee you have to travel miles to go anywhere. I thought at least we will have an immediate care right here. When I got here I found out you see PA or NP not MD’s but I thought we will give it a shot. My 4 year old had a fever for 7 days. They insisted on a flu test and I eventually gave in. These are such a waste of money and time and are uncomfortable especially for children. I feel like this is something PA’s and NP’s always want an a Doctor never orders.(pharm kick backs??) The flu test came back negative. Did not test for anything else and sent us home with instruction to get plenty of rest and fluids. 2 days later I took my daughter to her regular doctor because it is not normal for a child to have a fever for 7 – 9 days. After a strep test and X-Ray she had strep throat and pneumonia. Looks like we will not be using Riverside’s immediate care anymore.
