High-​level Brazilian jiu jitsu training in Modesto with a laid-​back vibe. Train bjj under the watchful eyes of the Apodaca & Camarillo families. Highly recommended for beginners and also professional fighters alike. Keep an eye out for big things from the Villa brothers out of there!

I love training at Ultimate Athlete. As a woman, I feel that the techniques I learn will protect me should I ever need to use them in the real world. The environment is one in which everyone treats each other with respect. It’s like one big family! I like that there are other women there to train with, though the men are respectful as well. I would recommend Ultimate Athlete as a place where the entire family can go and learn the valuable art of jiu jitsu!
