They were about to close and still served us. The Greek Fries are amazing! Great chicken souvlaki sandwich with amazing pita bread. This place earned my continued patronage tonight. Go eat here, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Didn’t know Mediterranean food could be this bad. Everything tasted like $!#@. Sorry, was hoping it would be good but nothing was fresh! Would never go back!

I never knew there could be bad Mediterranean food — EVER. Very few choices to choose from. Falafel plate came with rice — either white(very moist — looked very mushy) with peas or some sort of tomato flavor and black beans. I opted for a mixed bean salad instead. I saw something that was deep green in the tray and asked what it was. I thought it was spinach. It was tabbouleh. Parsley, tomato and onions that must have been put through a blender because I could not see any pieces of tomato or onions. Bulghur is an ingredient of tabbouleh but they don’t add that ingredient. My granddaughter’s gyro meat was tasty… Very disappointing.

I never tried Mediterranean food before until my man took me here(he’s a regular) & I ordered the lamb on pita bread(first time eating lamb too) and it was amazing ! If you want something quick on the go, that will hit the spot & more of a healthy alternative then this is the place for you. Also, I got a brownie for dessert & it was tasty !

I really hoped to like this place. I love Mediterranean food and it’s so close to home… but…it was Terrible food, my husband said it was like eating air in that there was no taste to it. What a shame! I order chicken kabob plate. The chicken was precooked frozen that she threw on the grill for one minute. The salad was iceberg lettuce and a mix of cucumbers onions and tomatoes so there was no way to special order, and the pita was dry and tasteless. Save your money!

We were expecting more from this place, you are hoping to find better service for the money you spend, the taste wasn’t bad but just the presentation of the food makes you to loose your appetite. The hummus was terrible! No taste at all, they served and my plate was cold, they ask how we like the place, and we share our honest opinion with out been rude, and the owner who was at the place never show up to apologize and make it right.

If I could give this place no stars I would, but in order to post I have to give one. Tried this place only because it was the only«gyro» place open yesterday due to the holiday, the other gyro places closed early. Biggest mistake ever! My boyfriend got really bad food poisoning from their gyro sandwich and he has a really strong stomach so for him to get sick from this place says A LOT! Luckily I only tired a bite cause if I was to have had as much as him cause I’m sure I would have gotten sick too! The rice they serve is no where near Mediterranean, Greek, or middle eastern. It’s more like Mexican rice. The sauce was watery. The gyro meat was dry. This place isn’t worth a try or your money. So save your stomach. If you want real gyros the place to go is Super Gyros on McHenry!

I don’t know what else to say except YUM! The food is so delicious. The location might not be hoppin’, and the atmosphere isn’t fancy, but the food overpowers it all. The staff is friendly and it is quiet, but I still highly recommend this place!

Me and my husband went there last month for the first time and have been back 2 more times. I love love love the Mediterranean experience here. It’s average price for lunch & dinner and the service is usually good. They are reasonable and are willing to make exceptions. My husband always orders Gyros and I have tried couple of the platters and a bowl. What always brings me back here is their Special Sauce. Yummy Yummy.

Was feeling like having a gyro so we stopped in to give them a try. I honestly enjoyed our food! The kids loved it also. We got the Greek Platter and it feed me and my two girls. The woman that helped us was very helpful with telling us what everything was. Will definitely be going back.

Walked in and walked right out! Gross! Gyros was floating in some type of broth and chicken was too. Not Greek or middle eastern not sure what it is. Yuck!

Food was not great. Par is that, they re heated meat that had already been cut off the rotisserie. I prefer Super Gyros by far.

So GOOD! My coworkers were taking about their wraps and side salads so I had to try it. The chicken souvlaki was awesome, she made it exactly how I asked and the side garbanzo bean salad is so good and fresh. I’ve heard their corn salad and Mediterranean bean salad is great too. I’ll definitely be back– this is must try; clean, nicely set up little space, even tho it’s kinda out there in a sad empty little shopping center, it’s totally worth it!

Don’t bother. No atmosphere. I ordered a Greek Salad. Served in styrofoam with a plastic fork. My husband ordered Falafel Sandwich. It fell apart. Difficult to eat. Soda only to drink. No beer or wine. I hate to give a bad review to a new place, but don’t waste your time or money.

I had the Gyros salad meal, mom had the«fill up your bowl». It’s tasty but you can tell it’s not quite the same as a mom and pop restaurant. My beef/lamb meat on the salad was on the cold side and wasn’t freshly regrilled. Meh on the tzatzki. If you’ve been to Panda Express and it’s the same sort of food assembly. Will probably come again(fast food style), but this is not the place to go if you’re wanting freshly made, authentic tasting Mediterranean food.

Went here on Thursday evening for dinner with the family. I got a pita wrap with the mixture of their meats. The flavor was on point and the sauce was amazing. The greek salad on the side was far from your typical greek salad. It was iceburg lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and sauce. The kids had the grilled chicken, rice and potato plate. They enjoyed it but nobody ate the potatoes as they were covered in a red sauce. We also ordered gyro pitas along with the bean salad and the pasta salad. Lots of flavor. The restaurant was super clean, as it’s new. The service was slow, but friendly and accommodating. I hope the last at this location as we can use a good restaurant over in this corner of town.

My husband and I had lunch here for the first time today and we both got wraps. The sauces and spices they use are delicious. We were impressed with the flavors and quality of the food, but you can tell that they are brand-new and the service is slow. Although they do take a while, it was a good experience overall. Everyone was very helpful and nice, so hopefully the speed will improve over time. They didn’t hesitate to accommodate my special requests and were very nice about it. We will definitely be back.
