You might want to reconsider if you have chosen this company to handle the cremation of your loved one. My father passed away on July 2nd and we still have not received his remains. It has been 2 ½ months. They told us two weeks ago they were sending him to us that day. I talked to them again today only to find out they shipped him yesterday and to the wrong address even after I told them twice once even in writing. Even the death certificate had numerous errors.
My family has always used Franklin and Downs and we should have this time as well. When dealing with such an important matter you really want someone you can trust.
