Alexander was courteous, professional, on time and did a great job. the carpets in the rental house are like new. they hadn’t been cleaned it a year but you would never know it now. His price was right on point and was worth every penny. I highly recommend Alexander if you need your carpets cleaned.

I would never recommend this place. The day of my appointment they never called me they never showed up then when I finally got a hold of them they told me their van broke down and I needed to call another company. Terrible customer service never recommend.

Alexander’s Carpet Care came out the same day to Ripon that I needed them and I was very impressed. They did a wonderful job and the carpet looked great afterwards. They got out some tough stains and I was very happy. Also at a good price. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to family and friends and would call them again next time.

There are very few times when people provide such friendly, professional, quality service and this is one of those times! They worked really well with my schedule, and we’re thoroughly pleased with the results. Carpet looks fluffier and cleaner than when it was new!

I thought he did a great job and was professional. I don’t see what the other reviewers are talking about. I am moving out of my house and my landlord thought the carpets looked good. He answered all my questions, confirmed the day before the appointment, and did a great job cleaning my carpets. and the price was great too. I would recommend this company to other people.
