Horrible customer service. They do not care about their patients.

The staff was not informative and rude. I walked in and was taken to several procedures to check vision and once I got to see the doctor they told me my insurance did not cover I asked specifically if it was covered in prior to making an appointment and the receptionist said it was covered. either way they were not informative and at the end I wasted a minimum of four hours plus I had to put my daughter into care. What a waste of time and everybody there were impersonal. I’ll never go back there again.
