I needed to order a new door for the house I am renting so I could install a doggie door in it and preserve the existing door for when I move out. The person I worked with was fairly knowledgeable on the subject, although his follow-​through was not the greatest; I had to call back myself instead of him returning my calls on about 3 occasions during the order/​pickup process. At the end of the process though, my door arrived when expected and was exactly what I was looking for. If only for better follow-​through, this could have been a 5-​star rating.
