My friend and I went in to get a valve adapter as the bike we borrowed has a Presta valve in the front and a Shrader in the back. Usually in the bike shops back home, they have a bucket of these adapters by the cash register, but I was surprised when the shop keep said, «I think we just sold it. We should have another one in by the end of the week.» Wait, «it»? «One»? As in, singular?! I was surprised, but not disappointed. It seems mountain bikes are the norm, and they were incredibly helpful in helping us inflate the tires for the time being. Cadence 120 is a nice resource to have close to the university.
