Very Poor Service, bad Attitude and No Considerations to Customer Satisfaction. All they care is for Money from you as high as possible.
I had bought progressive lense glasses for about $ 800.00 few years back. One day my frame bridge broke and took the glasses for replacement. They replace the frame bridge and one lense screw was tighten too much which caused a slight crack in the lense. I told the representative and she said it is ok and it is not noticeable as it was very fine and small. Over a year it starts to become big and bigger then finally it broke the upper bridge of the lense.
Today when I called and explained and asked for replacement. They tell me that It will cost $ 587.00 for the lense only. I will have toay $ 181 and my Insurance have to pay $ 407.00.
Then I asked for some considerations to discount the amount to pay because afterall it was there fault resulting breakage of the lenses. They completely refused and said it is there policy not to pay for any of their faults.
l will not refer to anyone to this Business — Extremely POOR Rating!!!

Staff was very helpful, let me browse for a while and came right over when I wanted to see the glasses behind the counter. Spent a good amount of time adjusting to my face and allowed me to use the Unilocal deal coupon, no issues.
