I’ve been going here for several years and I absolutely love the service I get. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lifetime of dental nightmare experiences where the mere sound of a drill sent me crawling into a fetal position! However, this is the first place that I NEVER once felt any pain during a procedure. They go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. Dr. Peter is an angel and is so gentle. He even gave us his own cell number of we had any issues over the weekend! He met my mom at the office on a Saturday afternoon to take care of her dental emergency. The administrative staff are super knowledgeable on insurance issues. My mom is their patient and she uses her pension ’ s plan. I use my plan as a state employee and get terrific coverage. I would have given them 5 stars for this visit but my cleaning was delayed because they had no suction. I’m suggesting they get a a small fleet of portable suction units.

My family and I have been a patients here for probably 2 years. We started going there because they sent a card to our home advertising free whitening treatment and we needed a new dentist. Now I realize almost everybody send the same offer! Pssst: It’s customized tray molds and a gel treatment you take home and use yourself. The office is clean and there’s always music playing! I go every 6 months for my regular check-up/cleaning and the only thing I ever pay for is the Fluoride coating thing they offer. It’s to help protect your teeth from decay and stuff, you can’t eat or drink for 30 mintues after and feels like you have gunk on your teeth that you can brush off at the end of the night. It’s about $ 16 and optional.
My normal Hygienist isn’t there anymore(or she’s off because I didn’t have her during my recent visit this past August). Dr. Nishino is very kind and keeps updated with my life which I like in any provider. The reason they don’t get more than three stars though is because the customer service could be better. It was great at the beginning and the staff are all nice, but my sister had a lot of issues while she was getting braces. Initially, I thought maybe it was a 1 time thing, but it always has to do with billing or saying our insurance isn’t eligible when it is or thinking we’re self-pay when we’re not. If they verified things prior to the appointment, this confusion wouldn’t happen. This past appointment after my cleaning was complete I was told that the doctor would be in soon, but I was just sitting there waiting until I had to remind someone that I needed to be seen. My hygienist was across the hall with another patient by then and another hygienist had to check me out… confusion all over lol. It’s all good though because my teeth are healthy and look good and I got my goody bag(Toothbrush, Paste, Floss, Coupons and you can ask for Whitening Gel Refills)!(My next appointment is scheduled for 2016… but there’s a lot of Dentists in the area so we’ll see how my sister’s appointment goes and decide from there.)
