Papa John’s Pizza

Like the pizza, service at this location is extrememly rude every single time. Unacceptable. Since I’m already on a roll, might as well mention that the rude lady that took my call informed me that they don’t honor on-​line coupons over the phone. So fine, I placed the order on-​line. While on-​line I was required to put my tip in before the service and/​or transaction even took place. If I’m not mistaken, a tip is for service rendered… I may have tiped more when the driver arrived at my door BUT since I had no choice, I tiped according to the bad service I got on the phone rather than the drivers service. Pretty irritated with the entire expreience. Will not order from Papa Johns again. And I feel bad for the driver, that is IF, in fact, he is pleasant.

After being a long time customer, today due to recent extremely bad service, we will be going to Dominoes.
Your current employees are very difficult to understand, do not seem trained in your phone procedures and lack total customer service concept. Even asking for a Mgr they refused to forward our call.

Guys. I love Papa Johns Pizza, But since I do not have good experience with this particular location, I will quit eating papa johns. Let this review goes to higher level. We have ordered bogo offer (buy any large pizza and get other pizza free). I received pizza and my family had no clue what I have ordered so they started eating before I could look. I saw there are multiple slice in both pie which has no topping at all and they chaged me 22 dollars. That is fine we can have it though with out topping (there are 5 slice total with no topping). They did not have salt in pizza so we were like what the hell. Garlic dip was so watery. so totally bad day? or bad location? I caled them in between to explain that we are not satisfied. actually I called before i recieved pizza because they say delivery is 30 – 40 min and I got pizza after 1 hour (everyone was hungry– so they jump on slices). I asked for store manager and he did not come and mentioned that we will give replacement I told them I eat 1 slice (I do i know there is no salt without having it) The refused me to give replacement. I tolf them you will make it again and we have to wait another 60 min with hunger or more because its a replacement not fresh order. and he said we will not give your replacement because you ate one slice. come on! this is your service. if I am a manager I can give some kind of credit on next order but they refused that too. I will never eat papa johns pizza and explore some other pizzeria. I can give –2 if I have option to rate.

The crust is really soft. Pizza here does taste a little fresher than the other chains.

Only come in Monday. They have a great carry out deal.

Ordered at 930pm online. The drivers delivered to wrong place and we never received a pizza. At all. No compensation given either or notifications. We waited for over 2hrs and still no pizza (yes after that 1 hr it was round up anything in the fridge). Called the establishment and online services and either no one picked up or they said they cancelled our order. Worst customer service I have received from papa johns. I really love the pizza but this was just a sad night.

Won a free pizza with one topping and 2-​liter Pepsi from the Super Bowl weekend coin toss. We added a few other toppings — mushrooms, onion, pineapple, and jalapenos. We asked selected toppings be placed on half of the pizza and others all over — this was completed as asked. The pizza was good. Had to ask from red peppers assuming they would have given us that with cheese but did not — note to one’s self: remember to ask for everything. It was ready for pick-​up. We had to order it online could not do it over the phone which was a pain — thus the one start deduction. Would order from here again. The staff was friendly and quick on getting me in and out.
