I hate to write bad reviews; however, my experience here was not good. We purchased a king size mattress and two full size mattress for a bunk bed. We really like the quality so that’s a good thing. We also purchased two Bunkie boards for the bunk bed. When we got them, one of the Bunkie boards was damaged. The store said no problem, we’ll replace it. To get a replacement, please take the damaged Bunkie board to our Clay & Hwy 6 location. What? Why don’t you just have them send it to the store and I’ll pick it up. Nope. Clay & Hwy 6 is an hour drive from me. My wife was really upset so she called the store manager herself and well. he hung up on her. So she called the corporate office. They hung up on her. So I guess we’ll by a new Bunkie board from someone else. Cheaper than driving for an hour and my time. Very confused at their service. How hard is it to put a Bunkie board on the next delivery truck to the Missouri City store so I could swap it out. There’s lots of mattress stores around so look for good reviews.
