Dollar Tree

Stopped by here because I needed supplies to make centerpieces for a retirement party at work. The supplies were plentiful and found things I can work with to make terrific centerpieces! I also found plenty of things I needed for my bulletin boards. As an educator, I was in heaven! When I went to checkout, the cashier was a Sweet Pea… and yes, that’s her name, too! She was exactly that… she figured I was an educator and gave me a tax exemption without me asking for one! I didn’t even know they did that for teachers. Bravo Dollar Tree!

I have a incident today at the store. My daughter put her cell phone inside the green basquet because she was trying to have her Hans free to choose stuff. we were filling the basket with our shopping stuff. We were ready to check out, I put the basket in the cashier hands she started pulling the items and check it out, but I forgot to take out the phone .we didn’t realize it until we were in our car. We returned to the store and ask the cashier of course she said she didn’t see the phone. We are very sure she took the phone. She was very nervous when we ask for the manager. The manager was rude and no helping us a lot. Is a shame the cashier wasn’t
daughter is been crying all day and felling desesperate because she has very important school project to finish for school Monday and all the information was in her phone. Is not fair what a little girl is felling sad in Easter day. If just the cashier do a right thing returning a phone that doesn’t belong to her. The cashier name is Ashley not a trusted employee of Dollar Tree store in hyw 6 5425 Missouri City TX. This hapend 4÷04÷15 at 4.28 pm.

The register didn’t tally where customer could see, which always bothers me when making purchases. However, the employees were courteous. This location had a good selection of items to add to gift baskets for the holidays. I was also able to find some kids name brand items and a good selection of holiday décor. They had a few holiday table settings that were an especially good deal.

This is the nicest dollar store I’ve been in.
There was a sufficient number of employees, and they were stocking and tidying up. The place was clean and pleasant. The employees were friendly and helpful; they greeted people and offered help. I heard another customer thanking an employee for being so helpful.
The line at the cash register was short and the cashier was efficient. The employees were *not* gossiping and griping amongst themselves, as I have heard in other dollar stores. Upon reflection, I am raising my stars to five — this is as nice as a dollar store gets.
