I’ve been frequenting this DQ 4 many years & have always been served quickly & politely. I especially like that this location always gets the best score (A) from the Missouri City health dept.

Poor customer service. Working in an office, we looked at the menu before we got there, only to find that we were not able to add a blizzard to the «$ 5 lunch meals» for a $ 1 more as said on their website. The girl at the drive through only responded with «we don’t do that anymore»… Even though it was written on their website.
Then once we settled on the special they were advertising, they charged us full price instead of the special.
Food was mediocre — fries barely warm. Disappointing as the fries are my favorite item at DQ.
Get it together. I’ll still go to DQ but I won’t go back to this location.

Gross. The location is somewhat bad considering it’s out of the way for most people unless you live in the neighborhood next to it. As for the food, it’s bad. I love French fries. All sorts of French fries. I can eat mediocre fries and still call it good. I couldn’t even finish my fries from Dairy Queen, or maybe it was just this location. Meh.

Poor customer service. Waited 5 minutes to place an order inside. Another person walked in behind me. Employee walked up to the register and asked the person behind me what they wanted to order. First time here. Last time here.

I really like the hamburgers at this restaurant.
The last time that I visited, my wife came with me.
I decided to try Chick Fried Steak special. I was a little disappointed and I wished that I would have order the hamburger meal instead.
My wife ordered the Bacon Cheese Hamburger meal and she really enjoyed it.
Each of our meals included an ice cream cone and there isn’t anything better to polish off a meal.
We will be back and I will be going back to ordering a hamburger again.
The employees are very friendly.

We had a dipped cone, tasted good. Hit the spot on a hot afternoon. We would go back.

Ordered a blizzard and they were super fast. Love DQ.

Why am I rating DQ a four star? Well, DG is historically [to me] a family-​oriented atmosphere targets fmailies with children. I enjoye eating at DQ. i was a bit bummed when substituting tater tots for fries required an additional charge.
So tater tots come from different potatoe than french fries? Why the extra charge? Does someone roll the potate shreds into little balls requiring a price increase? I may be being petty, but when you are feeding a family of five and all five members change the fries to tater tots, the price increases drastically.
Anyhow, enough with the taters!!!
DQ has a triple meat hunger buster! Wow, is that new? And who could eat such a beast? Well, for starters, I ate the triple meat hunger buster [BEAST}. Although, I could feel my arteries clogging and my body going into a comatose state, I thoroughly enjoyed this burger.
Please keep in mind it is not DQs fault as to how I felt or what I ate. I chose to scour in 3,000 calories, or was it 5,000? I have no clue.
What else can I say? This is a DQ!

Every time I go to dairy queen I have to decide. blizzard. or dipped cone… or blizzard? Georgia mud or banana cream pie? strawberry cheese quake?
As a non meat eater I can’t say much about the regular food, but I do love the soft serve ice cream. it’s the original! Thanks DQ.
