Every time I go Maria Lankford does miracles to my hair! She listens to what you really want, she is super nice and also gives you some wine

I have been going to Kady for a few years now and I love my hair! Not only is she truly talented and wonderful at what she does but really takes into consideration what I want as a client! She wants me to be happy with my hair first and foremost. Because of the technique Kady uses on my hair (Balayage)I only need to come in once every 6 – 9 months to get a touch up, which is totally worth the price and time! I drive all the way from LA to get my hair done! She must be doing something right :) Thanks Kady!

Jennifer Griffiths is wonderful! Jenn has been doing my hair for years, and I completely trust her! She listens to your wants, but also gives the best advise on how to shape and color to really fit me. She really knows what she is doing!

I had the best experience at The house salon with JENNIFER. The salon is gorgeous and all the staff are very friendly. As soon as I got there I was offered a mimosa… which I could never pass up. I told Jen I wanted to go more blonde for summer but wanted a more natural look that fits my skin tone. Jen did exactly what I asked for and more. I absolutely love my hair! I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends to come to see Jen. She’s fantastic!!!

Jennifer is AMAZING!!! She totally saved my hair !!! I’ve been keeping my eye on the salon for a few months now. I follow them on Instagram and know they are the new kid on the block… So I went in for a random haircut one day. It was a borderline walk in and ended up getting a great haircut with great service in a beautifully decorated salon! The only reason I’m not giving five stars as I felt like the product push was a little heavy. Besides that, this is a great salon in a awesome location. Nice and Central in Mission Viejo.

I came here to see Kelli and OMG she rocks! My hair came out beautiful and feeling so healthy! She has a great fb group @kelli&Ko where she shows her work and believe me you will not be disappointed. She’s a very sweet lady. I also had a glass of wine and helped me enjoy and relax my me time. Her hands are magic! I even took a lil nap lol and woke up looking beautiful! Thank you so much Kelli can’t wait for our next session.

Whomever said 3’s a charm… Doesn’t believe in second chances. In December I tried my luck during the busy holiday season for a walk-​in, but was denied because all of the stylists were busy. No biggie though– I gave birth to my baby at the beginning of Jan, gave myself some much needed R&R and called the salon to make an appointment with Maria Mercado.
The interior is designed with a modern touch and feels so much different from any other salon I’ve been to. There is a lot of walking room!
I was extremely worried about getting my hair done with my little one, but it worked out better than I imagined. He was being super fussy in the stroller, so I had to hold him the whole entire time– around 3 hours maybe. So glad Maria was understanding and accommodating! I asked for a balayage to balance out the semi ombré I had going on. She explained that it would be hard to get a non brassy tone since my hair is such a dark shade. The color was just as I wanted and the styling/​blowout lasted two days. To see Maria’s work, look for her on Instagram.

Maria Lankford is the best hairdresser ever, I get complaints all the time on my hair color and people ask me where I get my hair done on a regular basis, she truly is amazing!

Kelli is amazing. She is the best hairdresser I have ever been to. She has helped me not only achieve the beautiful hair that I wanted, but she did it in a healthy way that was far less destructive to my hair than it could have been.
I have gone from hair that was fried and over bleached by another hairdresser to soft beautiful blonde hair. My confidence is always 100 times higher after I go to Kelli.
She is also very personable, always offers champagne, and is just a normal person to be around which is so refreshing!
Her prices are very reasonable for the amazing work that she puts in!

JESSICA is fabulous!!! She weaved platinum into my dark brown hair to make going grey graceful and flawless. THEN we did an adorable short curly cut (not easy to do) to show off my natural grey. I highly recommend her to family and friends. Oh and she did hair and makeup for my entire wedding party on the day of my wedding. She was calm cool collected and funny!!! Danielle Provot is an absolute dream stylist! If you have blond hair you know what a challenge it is to get it just right. After going dark for a year I was ready for blond again. I showed Danielle a photo of my son who is naturally sun bleached blond and said I wanted to match my son. Jump to the finish of the appointment and I walked out with the most perfect blond hair color. She NAILED it. Top it off with a cut and not one bit of damage to my hair. Danielle is also so easy to talk to. There was none of the awkward talk that sometimes takes place. She really knows her hair stuff.

Kelli Peterson is the ABSOLUTE BEST hairdresser I ever. She listens to your wants but also knows what she’s doing and gives her best opinion!

My hair was turned green and cut completely lopsided by Bree. When I told her how unhappy I was, she never offered to fix my hair but instead accused me of taking scissors to it myself. Bree eventually agreed to refund me the $ 300 I spent on a botched color and cut, so I made an appointment to have my hair corrected by someone more reputable. After I paid $ 250 to have my hair fixed by someone else, thinking that my refund was on its way. Bree decided to inform me that she had decided to no longer issue me my refund. When I pointed out that she put in writing that I would be refunded $ 300 and that is technically a breach of contract, she proceeded to laugh at me and block my phone number.
As of yet the salon has done nothing to redress this issue, but I will happily amend this review upon some sort of resolution.
EDIT: the owner is amazing and refunded me. Bree is no longer with the salon.

Bree is the best! The House Salon is absolutely beautiful and a very comfortable yet chic environment. The staff is so friendly and actually cares about your opinion and listens to you. I drive from Sherman Oaks to Mission Viejo just to see Bree for my hair. She turns my
brassy locks into beautiful golden waves. Plus her scalp massages are AH-​MAZING. If I had more people to recommend to her, I would. This place is great and I will return for a long time. Very happy customer!
P. S. I got Balyage, toner and a cut from Bree, cannot say enough of how much I love my hair, I feel like a whole new person. Shaking my head like an Herbal Essences commercial!

Kady is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to!!! Saying my hair was damaged prior to visiting The House Salon would be an understatement. I have very fine but thick blonde hair, and after a summer spent in the sun and ocean, it was absolutely fried and extremely brassy. I wanted to keep roots natural and the ends light, so Kady applied a toner and gave me a full balayage to achieve the color and look I wanted. Then she gave me a deep conditioning treatment and trimmed the ends, and a few pieces around my face to give me shape.
Honestly, I didn’t know my hair could even look this good! It’s so soft and exactly what I wanted! I’m so in love with the outcome and will now NEVER see anyone else!!! If you are looking to have bombshell hair (see the after picture) go see Kady ASAP! She knows exactly what she’s doing and is so fun and friendly! Can’t say enough good things about my experience
