I really wanted to give them 5 stars. I really did. TLDR: Not all customer service staff is as friendly as the rest. On the whole, I loved my experience here. This was my first time using a storage facility. Most of the staff were very kind, courteous, and explained the various pricing options available to me very clearly. The prices are fair: I had a 5×10 for $ 108/mo. The facility seems secure enough: video surveillance, on-site staff 24⁄7(I think – the owners live there apparently), and a locked gate that’s only available to be opened via a personalized code during the daytime. They have really easy to set up auto-pay with credit cards that didn’t require that I go onto some website and create another account somewhere. They handle it all for you. It’s really easy to get started using their services. The only issue I had was with the lady at the front desk(I don’t know her name, but she had short dark hair and worked on a Saturday, and was very happy to tell me that she had some level of power that her fill-in didn’t). I came in after clearing out the unit and asked if I could cancel, as I was done using their services. I saw on my credit card account that I’d just paid a few days prior, so everything should be good to go – or so I thought. She asked if I had been told that I needed to give 10 days notice of cancellation. I told her that I had not. So she proceeded to rebuke me and tell me that I should have done that(even though I don’t recall anyone telling me to do that – they might have, but given that I was in the middle of buying and selling houses, and that this was my first time using a storage unit for all of 3 months, I didn’t really remember this if they did tell me). So I said well I’m sorry, I have no issue with coming back in 10 days and canceling it; I’m not sure why that’s the policy, but whatever, if that’s their little procedure to cancel, then fine. She got all snippy with me that I really should have given them notice and it just makes it difficult for them, even after I told her it was fine with me and that I’d jump through their hoops. I’m thinking to myself, lady, do what you have do. I don’t care. I’m paying good money, which is what pays for your job. I told her just don’t scold me. Up until now, I’d been very happy with their service. Some other guy in the room heard a good portion of all this and said that they do this 10 day cancellation policy so they can refund me money according to the amount of time I didn’t use for the rest of my month. OH! Well it would have been nice if she had said that in the very beginning. Now it makes sense why she’s all upset. She wanted to give me money back and just failed to mention that little detail. I don’t know what her deal was, but she could have been a lot more courteous and clear in explaining why she was all upset. In the end, I got money back, but honestly I would have liked to be treated with respect, and have them keep the money(as I thought that’s how it worked anyway). Glad I don’t have to deal with her any more.

I am a little late updating my review, about a week after I posted it they called and said they would give a moderate increase, which I understand. As I stated before the employees here are great the facility is clean and I’m happy I did not have to change facilities.

Great priced storage units, cheapest I could find in the area. Management was super helpful especially Niki at the front office. All around great experience with them!

The review above sounds wonderful. I wish I received those discounts and offers and service. I moved into there in August. I’m deployed to Afghanistan for a year so that would have been nice. If it wasn’t for such short notice and an urgent need for a storage so close to my parents house, I honestly would have gone ANYWHERE else. The lady who opened my account was very rude, brash and slightly intolerant and not particularly capable of operating the system. This unit offered the least amount of a discount for someone forward deployed in the military. All in all it was really disappointing. I look forward to seeing the new upgrades to the unit — it was your average plywood laden hot box when I moved in. Even the compound was dirty and hadn’t been swept in quite some time. I cannot wait to remove my belongs and be rid of this experience. Overpriced, incompetent, unkept and not very patriotic.

This storage place has recently done some upgrades to there units: including new service elevators, re-painting the trim, doors and unit numbers. This company gives a move in discount, discounts for paying for six months(two weeks free) or a year at a time(one month free). They have several unit sizes to fit your needs and the workers are very helpful getting you into a unit. When I was finished with my unit, the check out was easy. There were no questions about why I wasn’t needing the unit anymore, just making sure I had emptied the unit, removed my lock, it wasn’t a mess and that I was paid up. That is really as painless as it gets.
