I have been seeing Claudia for Biofeedback for years. I am a believer in this and gives me the opportunity to be proactive in my health as opposed to reactive after I’m sick. Conventional medicine is too late to detect issues that could have been prevented.
I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of the team and feel that they truly care for their patients.

I would not recommend this place at all… Horrible «patient» care, and Claudia is NOT a doctor. The office management is terrible and my overall experience worsened my health. Also, be aware of the Genbook reviews; they are not reliable and are not editable, limit your response via character limit so I couldn’t include everything that needed to be said, and myself and a friend of mine had a change of heart with treatment effectiveness shortly after our reviews were posted. It was almost like they catch you when things are going good so you write a good review and make themselves appear at their best, but anyways I can’t make changes from my Jul 17, 2015 post. You will notice my organizational comments /​struggle remains the same from back then as well!!!
I could go on and on about the issues I had regarding scheduling, supplements, detoxing, recommended therapies, lack of information, and constant questions. As far as healing is concerned, I had several therapies that put my body in serious detox shock. When I reached out for any type of resolution, Claudia and Lisa became unresponsive, extremely brief/​rude, and did not have my best interest in mind. In my opinion, they just keep booking and booking and have no time for the individual needs of each patient. The second you have a concern — forget it. Organizational management is a primary issue for this place and needs to be reevaluated if they intend to genuinely help people as their mission statement would so suggest. Be cautious of supplements and how many things she will mindlessly recommend you to take within one day. Doesn’t matter if it is temporary or not, your body cannot handle 40+ pills going into it and I didn’t even purchase everything she told me take on a daily basis!!!
Also, Claudia is an ethical Vegan, and cares more about helping animals than people. Her reason for opening this business was not to help humans, but to help humans become more compassionate towards animals. (straight from her mouth and not my words).
The only positive note is the SCIO technology and I believe in the potential of the biofeedback reading when used correctly. It frustrates me that they do have so much potential and yet can’t figure out basic communication and how to operate an office properly.

Great place to start getting healthy! Loved my oxygen facial! Also a great place to get good supplements that are hard to find!

I love this place, it has everything I needed to be healthy and happy. The staff is kind and helpful. Overall a great experience!
