Can’t recommend this Denney’s. Long time to wait for a server to come to take our order. It was not crowded, only a few customers in. We were about to leave, when she came with a sour look on her face. Service went down from there. Another looong wait for our food, which was cold and incomplete when it came. I had asked for extra mayo for my triple decker sandwich at least three times. It finally arrived at the end of my meal. Hubby’s french fries were cold, sent back, arrived again still only lukewarm for the fish and chips, No cocktail sauce or tartar sauce. Fish was also cold, like it had been microwaved. Waitress was just so over having to do her job it seemed. As people came in after us, she seemed even more disorganized with everyone else Not a good lunch. Anyplace else to eat would be a better choice.

Stopped here on our way up to SF for breakfast. Waking up at 5AM and driving right away is not fun so I needed some iced coffee in my life. Service was super quick, I mean extremely quick. And the food was hot and yummy. However, our hostess and waitress both were acting like they REALLY didn’t want to be there. Didn’t help that our waitress messed up my husbands order, but it did help that she didn’t charge us for her mistake. So. Yay for that!

The breakfast is OK Food is fresh and coffee is drinkable But the service is lousy We ordered toast with our breakfast and our waiter managed to bring the toast at the end of breakfast. Coffee and OJ was OK.

I needed a place for a quick breakfast. This Denny’s was close so I stopped in. The service was quick and the coffee was hot. I ordered the Sr breakfast special. It was good but the pancakes could have been better. They were about one inch thick and more like a cake rather than what I would consider a pancake.

The service was quick, and the young lady who served us was as sweet as the pancakes she served us and was more than happy to get us anything we needed. We had a few requests(syrup, butter, hot sauce) but she was on top of it. Quick service and very efficient. Thank you so much Adela.

It’s Dennys. Coffee is hot, food was hot, but I’m seriously annoyed by one thing. I ordered the pumpkin pecan pie pancake breakfast(tasty, BTW, if a bit dry and chewy), which is supposed to be pumpkin-spiced pancakes with candied pecans and drizzled with pecan pie sauce. My pancakes came out dry, with no sauce at all. When I grabbed a passing server to ask what was up, he said that they ran out of sauce about an hour ago. WHY, then, did my server NOTTELLME when I ordered it that they were out of a component of this dish? I could have ordered something else, but wad never given the opportunity due to the fact that they served it missing a key component and hoped I wouldn’t notice. It’s tantamount to being lied to and hoping I’m too stupid to notice. Seriously unprofessional. I would have had no problem if they had just told me upfront. But like I said, it’s Dennys.

Stopped off here for breakfast today. This Dennys is located in a big strip mall center of Alicia and the 5 freeway next to a LA Fitness. I can always count on this location to have great customer service! I had the lumber jackslam which runs about $ 11. It comes with your choice of eggs, hashbrowns, ham, bacon, sausage, pancakes and a side of toast. Gotta get the hashbrowns well done like always. Tons of calories I know! I love that they are open 24⁄7 so I can hit them up before work. And they have ice cream! I know who eats ice cream with breakfast. This guy! Parking here is never an issue and never will be unless it’s the last place to eat on Earth. As far as regular chain restaurants, I normally give three stars but service was excellent and the hashbrowns were cooked to perfection.

Came here at midnight since it was the only location open at such an hour on a weekday. Like most chain diners the food was standard, nothing new or special. They were actually short staffed when i arrived so it took a while for the waiter to take our order and it also took a while for our food to actually arrive. I ordered a customized grand slam with chocolate chip pancakes, eggs, and turkey bacon. The food was edible and decent for diner food, and honestly Denny’s would be the only diner I would go to.

Not so good visit today. I ordered the chicken fried steak with eggs, fries, and sourdough toast. My little girl had Mac and cheese and corn with a side of sausage. I ordered the kids meal before mine because I couldn’t decide at first and my meal still came out before hers. It took forever before I got my toast. I was half way done eating my meal. And when I asked for more jelly it never came. My fries came out pale even when I asked for it to be crispy. So they re-made it. It also took a while for my daughter’s corn to arrive. We also ordered the chocolate Moulton cake with vanilla cream and that was good.

Terrible. Hostess wasn’t friendly at all and borderline rude. My buddy and I sat at our booth fro 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. Why come here ever again? I won’t, thanks.

This location has a very friendly staff and the food is very good. The night manager helped the servers keep up with all of the customers. I have eaten here twice and each time, it was a good experience. The salads are fresh and the Burgers are top notch. The breakfast fare is also good and the cooks do a great job.

We had breakfast here this morning for Mothers Day… hey it was my moms choice and she chose Dennys. LOL The place was packed, but we were able to snag some seats at the counter, and the service was great. Very friendly, very organized… everything was great. I was expecting it to be crazy, and there was a constant wait, but we got really lucky with the counter seats. I had the banana bread french toast, which wasnt as great as I had thought it would be. It was my second time having it, and neither time was that great, but it was still OK. The eggs and hashbrowns were really good.

My boyfriend and I went here for a Sunday brunch today, and we were both really excited because neither of us had been to a Denny’s in a while. We were looking for somewhere affordable to get a nice breakfast(and a filling one at that), and figured this was a good place to go It started out great. We got our name on the list and were quoted a 10 – 15 minute wait, which was fine. We were seated in probably 10 minutes at a booth, which was a good size. Our server came over in a few minutes and took our drink order. Then, we didn’t see him again until maybe 7 minutes later when he took our food order. We ordered our food then got ready for a long wait. We waited at least 20 minutes before our food came out. I had ordered the All-American Grand Slam(sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, hashbrowns, and toast) and he built his own Slam. One thing was very obvious when our food arrived. We both got sourdough toast, and the two plates of said toast could not have been more different. One plate was borderline burnt with practically no butter, and the other was so light you could hardly tell it was toasted, with an amble amount of butter, but all the butter was in the middle. It was funny, while we were waiting we were talking about how it’s not hard to make toast. I guess it is. My eggs were really good, although some of the cheese on top wasn’t completely melted, but I didn’t mind that. The hashbrowns needed salt, but again, not a big deal. The bacon was pretty limp(we hadn’t specified crispy, though), but the sausage was good. The final straw came with the toast. We decided out of fairness that we would each take half of the burnt toast and half of the bread. By the way, while we were eating the majority of our food, we kept trying to make eye contact with a server to get some more butter… no one ever came over to us. So I’m eating my toast, and I go to pick up my last piece, and there were two hairs on the plate. At that point I completely lost my appetite. The manager, who had seemed very welcoming to all the customers he talked to, was at the table behind us. He stopped by ours to ask if things were okay, and I pointed out the hairs. He asked if I wanted a new plate of toast, which I declined, so he took it off our bill. HE came back with our receipt, and we noted that we hadn’t seen our server since we got our food. So, a total of 3 times. I watched him checking up on other tables, but not us. Needless to say, he didn’t get a tip. We ended up paying a little over $ 20 once the toast was taken off. The food itself was filling, and I couldn’t really complain too much there, but the lack of service and cleanliness makes me not want to return here again.

Wow! We were here on Christmas Day, and the service was absolutely great. I don’t know how they do it. Our server was Jesus, and he was absolutely fantastic. On numerous times during our mail, Jesus came by and checked to see what else we needed. Another server came by and even filled up the condiments on the table. Very good staff. I’m very sorry that’s the servers had to work on Christmas Day, but we really appreciate then giving up their time for us today. Somebody is doing something right here!

So I’m sitting in here still waiting for my food for 35 min. I’m here alone. Only ordered two eggs over medium with hash browns. In this time I’ve been sitting here, not one person has come up to fill up my coffee or asked if I need anything. I can’t believe I’m still here honestly but I am so hungry. While writing this my food came, the eggs were raw in the middle. Cold, not cooked. I had to flag someone down by waving my arms to try to get someone to cook my eggs a little longer. Still waiting 10 min later have not received my food.
