A-1 Awards & Engraving

From the greeting at the counter by the beautiful golden retriever to the finished product of my gifts for my groomsmen, a very enjoyable experience. They make engraving a breeze and are so thorough with their product. If I ever need anything engraved again I’m coming back here!

I worked with Bob at A-​1 Awards to produce some sales award plaques and had a great experience. Bob was knowledgeable and helped me layout exactly what I needed. Price was fair and delivery was as promised. I was very impressed with the service provided.

I am a very satisfied customer of A-​1 Awards. I have used this company for both simple appreciation awards (they provided the awards at the lowest price as well as met my very short time frame) as well as provided two very large, complex sculpted glass awards for which the owner, Bob, helped design the base and the engraving. His experienced eye turned these into coveted awards for my industry, and again, he met a very aggressive time schedule with a day to spare. I enjoy working with the owner — he is very detail oriented and diligent and is willing to spend the time up front so that you get exactly what you want — or in my case, not knowing what I wanted, he helped me find the vision. I agree with the other poster who enjoyed Sadie the dog. Every time I walk in, she comes out and greets me as if I’m her long-​lost best friend!

I have worked with a lot of awards companies in my day (working in PR/​marketing will do that to a gal) and I can honestly say that A-​1 has the nicest people working there on the planet. Each time I have gone there, they have gone above and beyond to get my order perfect on get it to me quickly. The prices are competitive and the quality is outstanding.
Recently, they didn’t stock an item that my boss requested, but they quickly offered several solutions and found the one that was cheapest for us, even though it meant going elsewhere. When a company is able to refer you to a competitor instead of price gauging, I think it speaks volumes to their business integrity.
Plus, an extremely friendly retriever jumps up on the counter and greets you each time you go in there! I don’t want to associate with the person who doesn’t smile at the sight of a wagging tail.
