McDonald’s

This is the best McDonald’s ever – the entire staff is warm, personable, professional and very KIND! I live far away in seal beach and got stranded here after losing my phone! I was locked out of my account, broke my laptop, they let me use the Wifi and even helped me JumpStart my car!
I thank Sylvia, Brian, Danny, José and EVERYONE who works at the coolest McDonald’s in California for making one of the worst weeks of my life, just bearable! Cheers! Storm :)

This place doesn’t have power sockets. What’s the point to have WIFI but no power socket to connect your phone/​laptop? Don’t go this cheap place which won’t provide power to it’s customers — total disrespect.

So I feel ridiculous for rating a McDonald’s. But this location is so ridiculous. So I had to.
AND ITS HILARIOUS reading these other reviews saying the EXACT same problem, and the workers honestly think it’s funny.
In December me and my boyfriend were coming home from an event at Disney, we got back to the valley about 4AM.
Why not stop through McDonald’s?
I ordered a large French fry, and a a plain cheeseburger.
Boyfriend ordered 2 apple pies.
For whatever reason they were out of fries, so we waited almost 10 minuets where she told us she’d give us extra fries and we kindly declined as I was the only one eating them, I don’t need two large fries for just me.
She insisted, gave us extra fries. Cool I guess!
Get home, extra fries I didn’t want, no apple pies.
*FAST FORWARD TO AN HOUR AGO
We order 4 double cheese burgers
2 regular /​2 no ketchup.
What we received:
1^st burger we received = regular burger no pickles
2^nd=no pickle/​no onion
3^rd=No special label and no ketchup. Or pickle
4^th=no ketchup, no pickle, ALL of the onions on top of my bun and 0 in the burger.
We literally received 4 totally different burgers, which we didn’t order. Only one burger was right.
They were all different. I just don’t understand.
It’s just a McDonald’s I know I know, you can’t ask for too much… But cmon. You literally gave me 4 totally different burgers… I just didn’t want ketchup. Was that really so stressful.
Well reserve our late night McDonald’s runs to the McDonald’s on lassen and sepulvada, slightly going out of the way, but It’s ultimately worth it.
Bonus rant: every time I’ve gone I spend 10 – 15 minuets AFTER I’ve ordered waiting just to pay and get my food. With nobody inside waiting on food, and everyone ahead of me getting average-​small bags of food. With only Maybe 3 cars ahead of me? How is it I can get through the in and out on laurel canyon quicker than this McDonald’s.

Came in for the 2 for $ 2 deal. The drive thru was pretty fast, staff was friendly and my order was accurate. I know that sometimes they rush you to get out of the line in other places that they mess up on your order. I had a large order and they got everything on point. !

The only reason I’m leaving a single star at all is because that’s the minimum you can leave and still be able to post a review. Check your burgers people! Heck, check everything when you go to this McDonald’s! I went there to get a happy meal to go for my four year old granddaughter and they couldn’t do that right! A cheeseburger is hardly a cheeseburger without a burger. They actually made a cheeseburger without the meat. Bun, cheese, pickle, ketchup, yep, but no burger. How do you make a burger and forget the meat? I was actually going to go back to complain, but realized that we actually handed the receipt back when they handed us the meal. They also got the milk wrong. It was supposed to be a chocolate milk and it was regular milk. And I asked for a gogurt and they gave me apples. The only thing that was right in the bag was the small french fry. That was it! Small fry is the only thing they could get right! This happy meal left us anything but happy! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

Only at McDonald’s do you wait for 20 minutes for your food and they still managed to get my order wrong, completely missing one combo, not even worth the drive back. Food is completely cold and all you hear are the employees complaining and saying they’re going to quit and about ready to walk out because all the customers are complaining

Thursday night is the last time I will go to this location. We were in the drive thru with one car in front of us. The employee asked me to pull forward to be park and wait for our food. They just parked the car in front of us. I asked her where we were to go since someone was just told to go there and she said just pull forward. I asked why since no one was behind us. The employee real rude. said just pull forward and she walked away. I asked again. She ignored us. Till now someone was now behind us. She said we need to now move so she could get to the people behind us. I told her no and piissed she walked away. I asked for a manager. A lady in a white shirt came up. I asked her why did we need to be parked. she would not say. I told her how rude the employee was and she didn’t seem to care. She said she would talk to her. She walked to her and they laughed. Rude people and bad service. Four nights we went up to this point and very night they screwed up our orders. but to this point they were nice. Made us wait a long time to fix our orders but nice. So if you like rude go here if not pick another location.

Absolute worst place to go through the drive thru. Instead of telling a customer to drive up and wait for their food, they’ll let a line of 6 or 7 cars pile while the car holds up the line for 10 minutes… Very inconsiderate

Wow! Everyone is smiling, the place is clean, our order was ready fast. Most importantly our order was right, and it was a complicated order. Great Mc Donald’s!

I came to get a diet coke. No big deal. How can they mess this up? So I paid and for my diet coke at the first window. Maggie the manger saw that I was still in line in between the two windows and thought it appropriate to yell out the first window at me, «is there something else that you guys need?». I assumed she wasn’t talking to me and ignored her. She then yelled even louder again and so I looked behind me this time to see that she was actually talking to me and trying to get my attention. I thought it inappropriate to yell back and decided to wait my turn because I was next in line. She then yelled a third time so I felt the need to reply that I wanted a cup of ice. When I got to the next window and it was finally my turn, I asked the employee for the manager so that I could ask him why people are yelling at me in between windows and he replied, «go wait over there», and pointed to a parking spot. I said no go get the manager please and he said i’m not to be a dick and I told him that he can also cancel my order and go get his manager. So after the manager came over I tried to tell her what happened and why I was upset and how unprofessional everybody had acted including her for yelling at me from the first window and she walked away in the middle of me talking. When she returned, I asked her why she walked away while I was talking and she replied that she was just trying to go get me my refund and that she was yelling at me from the other window because she needed to charge The next person in line because of her drive-​through time. I simply replied that if they got the customers done quicker that she wouldn’t have to worry about her drive-​through time and that’s why the drive-​through time was invented. She gave me cash for my refund because she didn’t want to put it back on the card and I left.

My order was done pretty quick. However the tables were dirty and I had to clean my own table to be able to seat. The fries were good and the strawberry frozen lemonade. Yet they didn’t really give me enough fries in my order it was kinda low and on my drink wasn’t filled to where it usually is. There was like three finger space from the outline of my drink and the top of the cup.

Don’t stop here! This McDonalds does not complete orders correctly. You say extra onions and they think it is funny to give you five inches thick. McDonalds corporation and management that oversees this location needs to seriously rethink their managers at this location and the employees. Customer service rates a zero. Correct orders a zero. No stars would be more accurate on this review.

Great service! Front cashier twinkle was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed. Definitely going back!

The night crew here is rude, and uninterested in helping costumers. I do not recommend going here unless it’s during the day. The manager is walking around like a zombie pretending to work. They gave me half fresh, and half stale nuggets, and cold patties, as well as lukewarm chicken patties. All the while not even telling me it would take longer for the few extra fresh nuggets. How many more ways can you do service wrong? Worst McDonald’s experience in a very long time, I’ll be calling corporate in the morning…

Horrible service! Waited 10 minutes for a simple cone and cookies! You would think this was at rush hour. No it was empty. They were fully staffed with 5 managers on duty. To make things worse. They gave everyone that came after me their meals. This place sucks ass.

Horrible … Found a white hair on my Big Mac. Food was made with poor quality service. Everything done in a hurry. Called to get my money back !!!

It’s McDonalds so expect McDonald’s food and that’s pretty consistent everywhere you go. The service is also the same at almost every McDonalds but the reason for the 4 stars is I am so excited by their play area. It’s amazing! The kids come out sweaty and tired which in my book deserves 5 stars. If you have kids I must say this is a really good place to bring them. Only be ware of the bathrooms they aren’t the cleanest.

I’m going to review McDonald’s as a whole, but grade this specific location. As we all know, they serve horrible food health-​wise. The quality of ingredients is inconceivably low… But that’s a given.
Other than that, it tastes adequate and it’s convenient. However, this specific location is clean and well-​maintained. The employees are nice as well, which is why I will give it a 3 star rating. Other than that, McDonald’s deserves negative stars for serving carcinogenic food!
Ps. I didn’t eat here. Just went with my cousin. I try to stay away from McDonald’s or similar fast food chains.

This McDonalds is horrible! This is the only Mcdonalds I have ever been to where every other week they have something not working. A few times they had no soda. A few times they ran out of fires. A few times their frappé machine was not working. I lost track of how many time I have left the drive thru only to realize when I get home that they totally messed up my order. If it wasn’t close to my house I would never go here. I now goto San Fernando Mcdonalds which is out of my way but at least they have good service and equipment that actually works.

This McDonald’s is open 24 hrs. The drive thru has two lanes. They have an indoor play area. Need I say more?
The employees don’t have the greatest customer service but I don’t really expect much. I want to be in and out. Tables are always clean when I come in.
The few times they have gotten my order wrong, they fix it for me no problem.
