We really have no choice but to come here because of our lovely government subsidized insurance. Staff is lazy to look up information despite you handing it over to them. You have to wait over 2 hours even if you have an appointment. I just don’t get it. Going to have to search for another doctor. And forget calling them to get information. They don’t call you back.

If I could give zero stars I would. This«doctor» is an absolute joke. Where to even begin: the office for a general practice doctor sure does look like a pediatrician. There are dirty toys, empty kids vending machines, and posters of babies all over the waiting room. My husband and I thought we were at the wrong office. The first paperwork they had us fill out was a promise not to sue them for malpractice. No joke! The first piece of paper! No questions about medical history, cancer, heart disease whatsoever… but questions about if we wear a seatbelt when we drive. It took 2.5 hours to be seen by the doctor and within 2 minutes in she asked me if I was on any medications. I had brought my medication bottles with me and she actually said to me «No. I don’t think you need this» and told me she would not be authorizing the continuation of my medications. These have been pre-existing conditions and in 2 minutes without any medical history on me or any questions she tells me that she will not renew any of my continuous medications. By the way, if you have ever been on medications before you know that even if a doctor decided to switch medications that has to be done gradually. Even a first year medical student knows that! Yet she didn’t even know anything about me or my health or my medical history and family history. I even had a note from my previous doctor(who doesn’t take my new insurance) as to exactly what my diagnosis was. She said«No. What do I care about this?» She *actually* said this!!! After 10 minutes of arguing with her she says she will call in the prescription. I wait for another hour and a half. Nothing. I asked the receptionist and was told they would be ready at my pharmacy. I called them. Nothing. Next day I called the pharmacy — nothing! I called and left messages at the doctors office for a month with no call back. Sometimes up to three messages a day. Never a call back. Finally I have called my insurance company and put in a formal complaint to them as well as the medical board. You cannot simply go off of heart medications cold turkey even if your condition goes away(which it hasn’t by the way). I wish I could say one good thing about her. I am a positive person and have never left a bad review. Ever. This is truly the worst doctor in the world. She shouldn’t be practicing.

While going in for the first time to this clinic I had an appointment about a heel spur and my depression. I had wanted to seek a referral for a therapist and someone about my foot. When asked about my past with depression I informed the doctor that in the past I had had suicidal thoughts, this was more then three years ago. But I was feeling depression again and wanted a therapist to help me before I got low again. The doctor told me I needed to be put in a 72 hour quarantine psych evaluation, excused herself and was gone for a long time. When she came back I told her I had no suicidal thoughts NOWBUTFROMTHELASTTIMEINTHEPAST. She said oh then she won’t call the police. 20 minutes later two officers come and handcuff me. Take me to the station and holding cells where I wait for hours for there psych team to evaluate me. They found nothing wrong with me and let me go. Now the clinic won’t return my calls, and I didn’t even get my heel spur looked at OR A THERAPIST! So I was arrested but not helped at all.
