Best vanilla iced coffee around! Yummm. And their biscuits and gravy isnt too bad as well. You get plenty of food for your money.

The French toast Brioche was excellent. The waitress was cordial and efficient. However, I was surprised how long it took to get my food. I was there just before lunch so should have had enough serve staff.

The worst service ever. Not busy at all, and it took 40 minutes to get our food. Terrible ownership

Louise was very pleasant and friendly. Our food was promptly delivered, hot and fresh. Thank you for a good pit stop meal.

We had not been to this IHOP for 7 or 8 years, probably because we were not that impressed on the last visit. We had the grand kids with us and they requested pancakes, so thought we would give them a try again. We were completely satisfied with the service and the food was excellent.
My wife said she found her new favorite place to eat.

Slow service. There are no people here and had to wait to be seated. The chicken was good but mashed potatoes had to much butter.

Although it is a chain I like the fact that it is open ²⁴⁄₇ 365 days. Sometimes you cannot find a place open besides the norm Micky d’s or taco hell so this is at least a great place to go if you want some more service! Never had a bad experience. Food is average. Price is decent. Of course the mom and pop breakfast places are the best but if they are not open you can always go to ihop.

Service was poor. Food took forever. Was almost an hour wait till food came. Just sad. Poor display of customer service.

First impression the building needs some serious maintenance. From the main road the grass was high and every flower bed was mostly weeds. The interior seemed clean for the most part but they obviously are having some roofing issues. A lot of the ceiling tiles had been replaced. Then a bunch that had water damage still. There were also parts of the wallpaper that were puckered from water damage.
This is my second visit in over a year. First visit was not inspiring, which is why it took me so long to go back. High prices, slow service and small portions. This time around the condition of the building surprised me. Service was okay but impersonal. One staff member took our order, a different person brought our food and another cleared our plates. This made me wonder how any of the staff members make any money. Do all three share the tips? If so, I can see why they can’t keep good people. The portions were small and overpriced. This will be my last visit.

Worst IHOP I have ever eaten at. I too wish I could give a negative star to this restaurant. The service was horrible. After waiting 20 minutes in an almost empty restaurant, we finally were asked what we wanted to drink. The service was terrible after that. In the 40 additional minutes we waited after ordering, we were never asked if we needed refills. There was no explanation on the status of the food, I was beginning to think that the waitress had forgotten about us. When the food finally did come, it was greasy and in edible. I strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant.

Service was very prompt and attentive even though the place was packed. The breakfast was great. Eggs cooked just right and the stuffed french toast was delicious.

I too need a zero star or even a negative star if possible. While the servers are friendly & try hard; the manager was horrendous and quite rude. I may go there with friends just to sit but I refuse to purchase food ever again from THIS IHop!
After leaving — I text messaged other friends I left there… they got their food between 30 minutes to an hour later… and that was after I was told my T-​Bone was not available 40+ minutes later! (IOW total time was well into 1 ½ hrs or more…) The manager argued and said we were told immediately. Really? We were told 40+ minutes later! The Manager told me specifically I was «not telling the truth». Really? Then the people left behind at the IHop that got their food 30 minutes to an hour later — got it wrong, food had to be sent back…
The manager — most of all; I was told his name was «Tyler» was the worst. While the server tried to make it up/​do something for the inconvenience of waiting for 40+ minutes — The MANAGER didn’t manage effectively, was rude, and far from professional.

The worst IHOP I have ever been to. Service was shabby — the waitress only came by once. My food was cold, the bacon was burnt and the hash browns were Hash Whites.
My husband’s «savory pot roast» sandwhich was a slab of lukewarm meat shoved between two pieces of non-​toasted bread and he had (we counted) 10 french fries.
Not only was the service bad and the food below sub-​par, the service from the «assistant manger» was terrible. They charged my husband’s credit card twice, then told us it was declined so I had to use mine. When we got home to check the account balance, we realized he had been charged. I called to complain and was cut off, talked over and then treated like dirt. We printed off the statements of our accounts, went back in to complain and the same assistant manager treated my husband terribly. Eventually the real manager showed up (apparently she was out shopping) and told us that there was «nothing she could do» and if the charges were still there THE NEXT DAY to come back in. Apparently she can do miraculous things after 24 hours. I will never go back in there and probably wiill never eat at another IHOP. I’ve had better service at a gas station food counter.

I can’t believe nobody’s reviewed the ihop yet?, why isn’t there a zero star?. .. Well here it goes
I’ve been to Ihop on 3 different occasions since they’ve opened years ago. The first time was about a year after opening. Myself and some family went for late night pancakes (9−10pm) they made a terrible impression right from the start. It took nearly 20 minutes just to put in our drink orders. It was not overly busy and they didn’t look understaffed. Well once our drinks were ordered we had a hell of a time getting refills. To make a long story short, we waited over 3 HOURS for our food. I have no idea to this day what compelled me to stay. Not to mention the food sucked that night.
The next occasion I went with a buddy for breakfast. Food took forever, portion size was small, and staff was very unfriendly.
after those 2 experiences i swore i’d never go back!. .. until…
My wife and I had been watching Wheel of Fortune and they are sponsored by (guess who) IHOP! Well after about a week of seeing commercials for what looked like delicious stuffed french toast she talked me into giving it 1 more chance, huge mistake! undoubtedly the food looked 10000x better on tv then it ever was in person. Portions were again very small, food took forever and the staff was borderline RUDE! After this I made it crystal clear i would NEVER go back again!
I started asking myself, how the hell does this place stay in business? Well judging by the surplus of handicap parking, and all the white heads in the windows, old folks just don’t know any better..

Mmmmm IHOP in Mishawaka. The BEST late night food in this area. We’d come here late at night during Easter and fall break. This place is busy late in the night. Oh there’s a hottie waiter there too. A touch of country but I was willing to overlook that. After having no choice but to eat garbage and filth in this town. IHOP will taste wondrous to your taste buds. I’ve had some of my most satisfying meals here in this wretched town. An applaud for being cheap too. Please refrain from ordering the steak or anything that says steak in the name, unless you enjoy living dangerously.
