I’ve now tried this food truck twice and I twice I have very much enjoyed the conch fritters dish that comes with 6 fritters, dipping sauce and fries for $ 10. The price went up a dollar since my first visit a couple of months ago. The fritters are extremely flavorful with nice chunks of conch. Yeah! The fries are nicely seasoned too. Great lunchtime treat :). Today I decided to expand my horizons and ordered their jerk BBQ wings as well, I thought that was just okay… Not bad but I’ve had better. The BBQ sauce for the wings is nice and spicy. I heard the fried cracked conch is also good but have yet to try it… Don’t worry, it’s on my list for next time and I will be sure to let you all know first how good it is or isn’t.

I was surprised to see a jerk chicken philly here, a unique twist for the popular sandwich. It was great! Can’t speak for the other menu options but was pleased.

For having no reviews I hate to post this. I’ve been down at my local brewery a couple times and visited their food truck. Being a pescatarian I am always wondering where my food comes from and decided to order the red snapper filet. I’ve worked in restaurants for almost twelve years. I’ve never seen a fried snapper filet with so much bloodline meat in it before. I mean $ 13 and I expect a nice fried white flaked filet. Maybe I’m wrong but this was just aight. I almost took it back but decided to pick through the scraps. The fries were soggy and somewhat cold also. I arrived a couple minutes after they told me to come back but still. Maybe it was late maybe they were running low. I understand. But a skin on fried snapper filet should never have looked that way. Sorry guys :(
