Just spent at least an hour here. The problem is the same as everyone has already mentioned. The service is bad. The pharmacist guy is a loud mouth when you ask him simple questions. They said my insurance didn’t approve of it. I called my insurance and they said the pharmacy never ran it or input the wrong information.

My recommendation: do not use this pharmacy. I have been enduring a regular three-month frustration trying to get what should be a very run-of-the-mill refill accomplished at this location. In the year and a half I have been coming here, I have never once been inside the building when the system was actually up and running the way it is supposed to be. The straw that broke the camel’s back for me was when I called in a prescription refill and was told it would be ready in an hour. When I arrived a little over an hour later, I discovered that the person who gave me that assurance had not even been able to confirm my prescription in the system, since according to the pharmacy tech who was present when I arrived, I did not have anymore refills left. If I had been provided that information when I called to have the prescription refilled, I could have gotten everything sorted out and been able to obtain my prescription on the day I needed it. Instead, I had to take more of my time to contact the doctor and resolve the matter — needless to say, with a different pharmacy.

Same problem as everybody else… Pharmacy customer service is a joke! Every time I need an RX or refill, I have problems! Not ready, not in stock, etc. Go there just for the convenience, as it is the closest home, but I am willing to change. Go to Wallgreens a few blocks further and get a better Customer Service!

I go to this CVS because its a few blocks from the house and that’s the only reason. Please note the following cranky pants Pharmacist: When you go to school to become a pharmacist they really need to devote at least three months of training to customer service. What is the deal with all the pharmacist acting like total jerks? Every single one I have encountered has a attitude problem. Just because you were excellent in school doesn’t mean that you treat people like crap. Try smiling once in a while, or try saying Good Morning or Afternoon. Don’t go around looking like someone peed in your coffee all the time. Geez… As you can see my biggest issue is the Pharmacy staff. Besides that the store always looks like a bomb went off inside of it. It always looks like the person stocking the shelves never has time to finish his or hers job. Lines in the front are pretty fast, no complaints there. If it wasn’t because it was so close to the house I would find another. P. S. You guys might want to check out the Target Pharmacy commercial. Happy go lucky Pharmacist all over the place. Just a thought.

I love this store. Their weekly sales are great, beating the big stores’ prices easily. They almost always have what I need in stock, and when they are out of a sales item, I have never had a problem getting a rain check. The service at the pharmacy is quick, accurate, and friendly. And the store keeps the Extra Care Bucks coming!

I always say I will never go back here but due to convenience of location and drive through, I end up back there. Their service is usually poor however, as you will wait in line 30 minutes or more and often, the people at the window are not customer service oriented. Yestereay I waited 38 minutes in line for my refill pick up.
