Excellent breakfast buffet. Everything seemed to be of good quality and tasted fresh. I especially like that the pancakes are made fresh when you request them. A little over zealous on the price, but it’s the Hilton so what do you expect?

Solid hotel restaurant. A bit pricey and the hotel doesn’t offer anything more middle of the road. Grouper sandwich was really tasty.

DINNER: After a 4 hour drive, we thought it might be a good idea to have dinner at the resort. I wish we had gone out instead. I ordered a chicken sandwich with the expectation of having a chicken breast on a bun, but instead I got shredded chicken drenched in a terrible sauce that looked a bit like pulled pork/chicken sandwich. My husband got the BBQ chicken pizza(ordered from the lounge) and it too was just OK. The BBQ sauce was way to tangy to enjoy. He actually had to wipe the sauce off with a napkin. BREAKFAST: The morning buffet was definitely better than dinner although the cost was a bit expensive. The cost was not a problem as any hotel guest can attest to the price boosts at resorts. Nice selection of items and waffles were made to order. For the remainder of the week we visited other local breakfast spots and saved a ton of money in the process.

Typical Hilton bar restaurant. The food comes from the same kitchen as room service, just without the hefty service charge :) Eat here only if you want a quick byte and don’t have the time to go out for lunch.

We decided to eat a buffet style here inside the hotel because we didn’t feel like going outside and wanted to enjoy the beach more. We went there for lunch, and made RSVP at Seagar’s Prime Steakhouse for dinner(another review). Seacasltes food are at par, nothing special just typical buffet such as Golden Corral. Service was pretty good, the waiters are tentative.
