Wow!!! First time at this grocery store. They are so RUDE! never again. I usually go to Ralphs and customer service there is excellent. I didn’t know my way around at Vons and asked if someone could help me and they gave me attitude. The bag girl Diane has major attitude and needs customer service skills, but again she is a bag girl. Diane older lady I believe she is the on site Manager also had horrible attitude. I am not sure if it’s because both names were Diane and they have bad attitude in common or simply because management has a bad attitude it rubs on employees. Never again will I shop there. Ralphs and Sprouts from now on. or even Target!

Terrible layout, butter far from cheese, Mexican foods far from canned beans/​foods, walked store 3x in order to find everything I needed. Only 2 stars as employees were helpful and store is clean, always have long lines here! Needs auto checkers or more checkers!!!

Each time I attempted to buy produce at this Vons has been a huge disappointment. Once I picked up a cucumber and it was so squishy my fingers pressed right through it. Same with the avocados, I picked one up and it was so soft my finger pressed right through the peel. I have noticed tons of items with expired expiration dates, including fresh juices, salad dressings, and bags of lettuce.

I can’t believe how rude the girls are at this Starbucks. If they aren’t busy talking to eachother, you might get served. They have an attitude and barely even smile when they ask for your order. As a previous Starbucks employee I can’t believe they get away with this. The only nice one is the older lady with the blonde hair, the other girls are horrible. Also sometimes I go in before work and there are no cashiers! They have to pull some guy from night crew to check me out (who by the way are always awesome and super friendly even though I’m sure they are annoyed they have to be pulled from there regular duties). Overall the store is nice, but I’d rather give me money to the busy Starbucks across the street.

Staff seems irritated to be there and looks under staffed. Also, they have no butcher on hand. I had to flag someone down 2 times. They called someone, but no one ever came. I think all the employees have a «it’s not my job» attitude.

My grocery shopping experience was good but they need a fuller staff with a better attitude! The Starbucks Batista’s act horrible with the customers how do they get away with treating people like that?! They pick and choose who they wanna serve and in the order they want! What is wrong with them?! Get some better training or leave.

Pharmacy review: I went in a few minutes before they were closing tonight and they did not hesitate to fill my mother’s pain medication. They stayed late to be sure I received my meds!
So thankful because she really needed it and target turned me away because they were going to close and didn’t want to fill it.
YOU GUYS ROCK. thank you so much for helping my mom get through tonight pain free.

Understaffed would be an understatement! Can you guys stop being cheap and hire more staff? We as the customers get that the less payroll you have the more profits that location makes but damn, we need to be served in a timely matter. Hire more people please.

Worst service ever! We waited over 30 mins just to ask for a cupcake behind the counter! They had a line of three people. We kept calling and having to leave to try and find someone to come help us. Finally the lady at the deli came over to help but she couldn’t even place an order for the lady who needed a cake. One person left to «go find someone» to help us and she never came back!!! Last time I come here!!!

I am sick to death of dealing with the people Vons hires to work the deli. Why do they always seem to be put out helping you, or try to ignore you? If they don’t want to work hire some people who do. I even got a woman who had to be fetched out of the back to help me by who I think was a manager. When he grabbed the lady she had such attitude and was asking him if he was the manager. When she got to me, she let me know today was her first day and she couldn’t check me out since today was her first day. They walk all over management at this Vons. Soo over this place! Rather pay more at Ralphs!

The BEST grocery store in Eastvale. I have been a long time Ralphs shopper. Vons has so much more, a beautiful store and a lot bigger. Excellent service at Vons at well.

Judy, the cashier at the check out line, was awesome!!! She noticed our bacon was a little brown so she offered to take 50% off or replace with a fresher pack. Never got that kind of customer service before.
Bravo Vons for hiring someone like Judy.

This is for the deli department. NEED more people working here or else hire someone who have a thousand hands to work at this place. I had to give up a broccoli salad because it was taking too long. Guy working there is nice but honestly MORE people!!! The bathroom had NO paper towels to dry hands. AGAIN NEED MORE PEOPLE to manage this place.

Yep, went back to pick up my dry cleaning, and just as always, customer service was lacking. The girl that worked the counter either has never heard of eye contact or smiling before, or she just really felt no need for it.
Nothing ruins a patron’s visit to your place of business more than not feeling welcomed or appreciated by you for the business we are giving you!
Courteous and welcoming type of customer service is hard to come by these days, for this particular establishment.
I need to find some other dry cleaning place in my area. It’s time to go.

I like that this store is open until midnight and I really like the savings I get on groceries by having the Just For U app on my phone along with the Vons card. I also love the signature soup they have, the baked potato flavor is my favorite. The one thing I do not like about this location is that the produce section is not tended to very well. I went there last night to buy fruits and vegetables and every package of blueberries I picked up had visible mold in it and every fresh bunch of spinach I looked at was mostly wilted, these are just two examples of everything I saw. I understand that produce is freshest in the morning, but not everyone has the availability to go shopping when the pickings are good. Shouldn’t the store make sure that everything is fresh for all of its customers from the first to the last?
