Awesome food! Best meatloaf sandwich around! They also will whip up something special if nothing on the menu catches your eye!

Service: A+ Atmosphere: A+ Food:A+ Brews: A+ Had a great lunch on 2−2−16, we’re visiting from San Diego, Chili was on point, BLT Slider done with perfection, had a very laid back lunch. Pricing is in line with what is served. I will recommend to the laid back crowd. Don’t be in a hurry, enjoy a Pint.

Good beer. Try the FFOKIPA — my personal favorite. Food is excellent — love the Southwest Salad, any of the sausages, the pierogies, and walleye bites are all amazing. Atmosphere is really nice, what I’m into. Fridays they have live music. Wild Hands are fantastic and we had the pleasure of seeing The Social Animals last week — so freaking good! Hope they have them back someday. Unfortunately they do not serve liquor here anymore, but that’s okay with me — I come for the beer.

Great food, friendly service and very reasonably priced. Plus the beer is prime as well! Highly recommended, especially considering the other options in town.

SRB is truly different by Minot standards, and that is a good thing. I have been here a few times, and the bar is never lacking with unique beers, and the menu is never lacking unique eats. One night we went there, and despite it being busy, we got to sit at the kitchen – a fairly hip little experience! I take off one star as I wonder if SRB is trying too hard to be a Bar/lounge and a restaurant – It is a hard sell to be so different in such a small city, and more than once – they’ve been«out of» the weird stuff we showed up to try(bison, elk, etc). I worry that will make it hard to distinguish. Honestly, go for the drinks – it is like a less noisy and crowded taproom. Grab a menu and you might find something different to try.

This was a great little brewery! I was only in Minot for a few days but would definitely go back if to SRB of given the chance. Prices were very reasonable and staff was very helpful!

Awesome little place! We stopped in to try the beer and have lunch. My son and I shared a flight since we couldn’t decide on what beer we wanted. My favorite was the Passing Through Vanilla Porter. Deep, rich, smooth and a nice vanilla flavor on the back end. For lunch I had the grilled cheese. It was an open face grilled cheese with tomato slices on it. Very tasty! I also had a side of the tomato soup. It was crazy good. It had a very subtle smokey heat that was very enjoyable. I am not sure but if I had to guess I would say they add adobo sauce to the soup to give it the deep, smokey flavor. We will definitely go back again when we are in town.

June 19, 2015 Friday at 12:45PM for lunch 5 adults Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 4 stars Background — It is all about trying breweries and can not miss this one. Atmosphere — Fixtures of the place had old factory feel with the use of metals. While the tables brought in the warmth of dark wood. I loved how they used church pews for the booths. Food Drinks — It is why I am here. I got a pint of the FFOKIPA. They had to tell me that FFOK stands for Fist Full of Knuckles. We also got a flight which contains four glasses, each having six ounces for $ 8. They have a great variety of beers to choose from. Lunch — I had the club sliders. The sliders were made of little ciabatta buns toast on both sides, giving a nice crunch to the bread. The cheese was melted in the sandwich and pulled everything together. Service — Our waitress was great. She brought us samples of the beers we did not get from the flight and the pint of IPA. I am dinging them for the website being outdated and no growlers available to purchase. I was all set to get two and found out they had none. Future — Yes please.

Good place, for Minot. I got the Mutha Hugga TreEPA and it was decent. The Elk Chili was smokey and the right amount of spice, but seemed watered down, not thick enough for my taste. I got the Dakota Burger by recommendation. It was good but not great. I had wonderful service and the atmosphere is perfect for my taste, comfortable brewery.

Love the different items… unlike anywhere else in town. Poutine, SRB Salad, Buffalo Blue Burger are my favorites. They have expanded their seating recently so I haven’t had to wait at all the last few times I have been there. Small restaurant, but a great place to meat friends and enjoy a meal and a few drinks together. Very relaxed place.

Like this place. They have one of my favorite beers which must be everybody’s favorite because it seems they rarely have it when we go. That’s the only down fall otherwise nice clean brewery

I was expecting quite a bit more from this place. I always try to sample the«local» brews when I travel but the only thing that looked remotely interesting was the Breckenridge Porter. Which is why I awarded 2 stars… The food, well that’s another story. I got rather excited when I saw Elk on the menu under the make your own sandwich option. I even queried the waitress about it before ordering. I’ve had elk before, so it’s not like I was going into this blind. The picture speaks for itself. No, it did NOT taste better than it looked. That is supposed to be EXTRA sharp cheese on that burger but might have been mild at best. Being from Vermont, I trust that Cabot always knows how to do cheddar! This cheese was probably safe for the lactose intolerant. The spinach, onion, and tomato was a sad excuse for garnish on a $ 12 burger. The patty itself, in no way was it fresh made… Cisco at best. Overlooked & chewy. Elk is never chewy! The sides… Steamed veggies seemed like they were run under super hot tap water for 2 mins. Might as well have been raw. The mashed sweet potato that was supposed to be made with brown sugar??? More like baby food for a kid with an allergy to taste. All of which was plated on a cold dish. I’d like to say that I’ll give this place another shot seeing how I’m here for 2 days on business, but I’d rather hit up Denny’s then spurge on a sixer at the gas station to save myself $ 20.

I don’t really do reviews, so I’ll try to keep it short. Food: Great. Everything a brewery should have and more. Beer: Really Great(especially compared to the other places around here). Atmosphere: Chill. You don’t have to worry about obnoxious drunks, or immature kids trying to start fights. Staff: Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.

Love this place! I’ve been here on three occasions now and the service is consistent and the the food quality is always great! Buffalo balls are a great little appetizer, sweet sauce though so be prepared! The portobello burger is also amazing! I’ve had a few at other restaurants but this one is the best. Juicy, large portion, well stuffed with toppings and the ciabatta bread is the best with it! And as for the beer!!! They have really great beers throughout the year. Ask what the specials are, they won’t be on the beer menu on the table and they are short term. Tip! They are closed Mondays and Sundays!

Awesome place! The Person Hurter ale is sooo good! I’m regretting not taking home a growler. My husband enjoyed his bison steak and mashed rutabaga & potatoes. I had a cup of the elk chili and the steak and blue cheese flat bread; both were just okay. The interior is nicely designed, but it’s not reflected on the building’s exterior. We weren’t sure we were in the right place when we first pulled into the parking lot. Maybe put up some better signage at least?

This place impresses me more each time I visit. I enjoy so many items on the menu, yet the beer is my favorite! Along with their wide assortment of bottled beer, wine, spirits, & expertly crafted cocktails! :) It has progressed wonderfully. I love this establishment, & I highly suggest it! Cheers!
