Pretty lonely and dead, however almost more employees working there than animals to see! A lot of the animals were unavailable! The bird building in the middle of the zoo smelled so bad from rotting, cut down trees I couldn’t even stay in there to look. The bear cage was being «cleaned» the whole visit so we didn’t get to see them. Little kid farm area had very few animals, mostly bunnies… pretty lame.

Cute little zoo. Admission is free for 3 and under, $ 3.75 for 4 to 12, and $ 7 for ages 13 and up.
I really enjoyed the childrens zoo. Give the little ones time to feed the animals and pet them up close.
I hear they’ve got a Christmas at the Zoo special coming up soon. The workers there say the zoo animals really come to life and are just absolutely gorgeous during the winter months.
