Be very careful if you ship anything from this location the«insurance» they offer is useless unless you use a box they provide or a box that has a specific tear or crush rate up to their standards. I used a box that had has the same ratings that Amazon uses so I must have done something wrong. Ups destroyed the box in shipping and said it was not their fault and that I had to talk to the shipping location. I did that numerous times and was promised an email from Karen with the final decision from ups. I finally got ups to share with me the decision which I said I do not agree with and they said sorry we cannot help you since I do not own the shipping account. The email from Karen has not come to me yet I also asked to have her escalate within ups since they would not talk to me since I did not own the shipping account the ups store owns the account so I have no rights to complain when I am the actual customer. I believe I was also very reasonable in asking for a fraction of the insured value since my customer was willing to have the item repaired and split the expense with me. In the end I would just simply recommend going to fedex and have a better experience which I wish I had in the beginning. Good luck and just be very careful if you decide to use this location and are not presented with the fine print until it is to late.

It’s Christmas day and on the UPS Store site, it states clearly that they are not open on Christmas, but yet Unilocal is showing that they AREOPEN. Come on Unilocal!Get your information straight!
