My «Poutine Dog»(french fries, cheese curds and brown gravy over an all beef dog) had two french fries that I had to wait five minutes for. The two fries were limp and flavorless. The four cheese curds were average and a bit soggy with oil. The gravy was a thin brown packet-style excrement they should be ashamed they are serving. The dog was plump and perfectly cooked but nothing special and had a suspiciously Oscar Meyer-like flavor and texture(this is not a traditional skin-on weiner with a snap as you bite into it). The bun was unremarkable and tasted as if it were straight out of a factory bag. I keep hearing about how wonderful the hot dogs and other food are at Target Field… so what happened? Is this just a low-budget attempt by Target Field to jump on the food truck craze without actually offering any of the quality ingredients or care that the real food trucks offer?
