Huge hassle — they lost one of my garments. Not only was it not ready for pickup when it was supposed to be, it took me going into the store SEVERAL times over the course of WEEKS until someone found them. Multiple employees in the store told me they would look, and call me, but never called. They said they would escalate it to mgmt, but that never seemed to happen either. When they eventually turned up weeks later, they still made me pay full price to recover my garment despite the huge inconvenience and delay. Would have otherwise rated them much higher but this experience was ridiculous. I wouldn’t trust them with my clothes.
