I think it was the store manager who helped me, I feel terrible for not remembering his name. The person who helped me was exceptional not only in his service, but in his communication, manner, and personality. He not only found me a great solution to my problem, but provided pleasant conversation while we waited for my phone to set up.
Usually I hate it when people try to upsell me on items, but he had the perfect combination that only a seasoned salesperson knows: Suggest the perfect item needed, but don’t pressure a person to a ridiculous amount.
This person deserves a raise and/​or promotion. I say that because he has the winning personality that will take him far. Do not underestimate his charisma!

Horrible service! Avoid this store if you want be treated fair, fast or honestly! I will never go back to this location.
