Releve Champagne Lounge

Love love champagne and this concept. I would give this place a 5-​star rating if they would be more generous on their portions or reduce their pricing on their food. The food is really good quality and presented well but way overpriced! I ordered the scallop appetizer and it literally was 1 scallop in a bowl which is fine for one person but for $ 8 it should have at least 3. Ended up ordering the salmon tartar for $ 11, it was a little more fulfilling but again on the small side. Appetizers are meant to be shared lol. Overall service was good and prompt. The champagne was really good but wasn’t blown away from selection. 4 stars overall

This bar seems like a great idea but is never open. We stayed at the Loews Minneapolis for 4 nights and this place nerve opened. They advertise like its a big hit but quite disappointing when you can’t get a glass of champagne at the best champagne bar in Minneapolis!

Large selection of sparkling wines and champagnes, a tasty bar menu, and a mix-​your-​own wine cocktail selection in a swanky atmosphere. Definitely one of my new favorite hot spots.
When I heard that there was a new wine bar in town, I couldn’t wait to try it. And I was not disappointed. I love that they have a large variety of mix-​ins with which to flavor your sparkling wine. I’m ashamed to admit that I had no clue until now that bitters can actually be used in wine in addition to other cocktails. So of course I purchased the sparkling flight in order to try out several mixers (which do not cost extra). I tried the cherry vanilla bitters, a pomegranate liqueur, and a pear liqueur in my vino. While the wines were wonderful alone, each was taken up a notch after adding the flavor. Sparkling rose with pear? Winner!
My friend had a mixed cocktail that was fantastic. The folks at Cosmos/​Bradstreet/​Releve sure do know how to mix a good drink. But in addition to that, they have great food as well. I had the lobster grilled cheese and was a bit hesitant at first because they used cheddar. However, the flavor was pretty good, especially with the chive sauce that came with it. If I were to choose a cheese next time (which was an option offered), I think I’d check out Taleggio in that sandwich. Can’t wait to try it.
The awesome drinks and food combined with friendly service and beautiful décor make Releve a must visit location. Looking forward to returning soon!

I have been here twice. The first time was with a group of girlfriends and it was the perfect and comfortable lounge setting to drink champagne and chat with your friends. The second was a Sunday afternoon with my husband.
They have an extensive liquor and wine by the glass list, so if you’re not into champagne there is plenty else to drink.
The ambiance is beautiful, candles lit all over the place — and not the lil tea light kind, but rather the tall beautiful candles.
At the champagne bar you can mix your own concoction of bitters and liqueurs with your bubbly. I asked the charming girl working the bar what she recommended and had her mix it for me however. I also ordered a glass of Bigaro– a Moscato Sparkling Rose which was so good!
I’ve eaten their truffle popcorn (I’m addicted) and their delicious walleye sliders than comes with some excellent skinny fries. I’ve seen many of their food items and they all looked delicious, especially the lobster grilled cheese and flatbreads.
Staff is wonderful and the girls are beautiful and bubbly (pun intended) the prices are expensive but well worth it for the uniqueness of the champagne bar and lovely atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back again.
