* I only gave this place one star because Unilocal forced me.
This pizza Hut has disappointed me so much, with the frequency of the lateness of my food and/​or mixing up my order, I stopped eating Pizza Hut all together.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Was very upset with my last order. It took them over 2 hours to get my order. I ordered 3 personal pizzas, an order of wings and a cookie. Ordered at 8:07pm, didn’t receive my order until 10:25pm. And the guy forgot my wings. I spent $ 35 on luke-​warm pizza and had to wait for way too long. Will be a while until I order from this location again.

Dog shit. Takes over an hour, they pretend to help when you complain, but they take forever and offer no assistance.

Will not let me give this location no stars. Placed order on line and realized I forgot to put a time. In less than a minute I called the number provided on my order. To realize it went to a call center… Really!!! Confirmed w the girl I talked to that I need to change the time and she said it was taken care of, before I hung up w her. I asked again if this was changed to 7. Only to realize that it showed up 15 min after I got off the phone. They delivered the pizza 1−½ hrs before I wanted it. Contacted the GM at this location and was told a new pizza will be there at 7: it was not there till 7:15. He was rude and said it was my fault that I submitted the order wo a time. Which I admitted, but I called within minutes
To correct my error. They took no responsibility for not correcting the error, even though he mentioned they got the change over, but did nothing to call the driver back, if he even left. No apologize, no offer to make a customer happy. Just rude and yes I was not happy and will NEVER order from them again. Now I realize why I stopped ordering from them

Absolutely the LAST time. 3 mo ago we tried to order and it was wrong. I got stubborn after the «612» took me to some hub and they told me there was nothing they could do. Tonight I tried to call ahead and the pizza was delivered two minutes after I’d called. No extra marinara and my pizza had ‘balsamic’ (read: red crap with consistency of maple syrup flavored balsamic) on top of fresh ingredients. Next time I’ll light $ 36 on fire and call it a night. Hungry.

I should have read the reviews on this pizza Hut before placing an order. We gave them a call at 730pm to order one medium pepperoni pizza. At 8pm the driver called because he was lost? How can you be lost? I live 2.1 miles away! That’s less than 10 minutes! I gave him directions to my house and he told me he is on his way. 8:45pm came, still no pizza! I called pizza Hut back and the lady on the phone said I gave them the wrong address! I was furious! She then said she will have the manager call me back. 9pm, the manager said I was out of their delivery range! the delivery guy told the manager that he will not come to my house because I was out of range and that he already called to tell me that.
I told him that was BS! If I hadn’t called them back I would still be waiting on 1 medium pizza! Very unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for a damn pizza!

Oh pizza slut, how I loathe you. Last time I ordered spinach on a pizza and it made me deathly sick. Never again. But you know I will. Reminds me of an 80s tune «Should have known better.» Wish I did.

Employees, managers, and customer service people are I-​N-​C-​O-​M-​P-​E-​T-​E-​N-​T.
Plus, the customer service line is automated so it takes over 20 minutes to even talk to get an actual person on the phone. Of course they can’t actually fix anything so they’ll transfer you to a manager, who will transfer you to the physical store, who will just be i’ll say it again, incompetent.

Worst Pizza hut I have ever ordered from. They delivered me the wrong food and I called and told them about it and was informed will be given a credit on my next order, when I placed my next order was never given credit and the store was suppose to call me back never did that also. Do not buy from this pizza hut.

If i had the option of giving this pizza hut zero stars, i would. Employees were unhelpful, rude, and incompetent. I had to call back and change my order, and they did not know the address or time i wanted to have it delivered the second time around. They quoted me an incorrect price and were very inconsiderate and made ordering very difficult for me. We ordered a large amount of pizza, but they did not seem to appreciate our business. I am very unhappy with the price, service, and quality of food. Definately zero stars.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. Now I’m not a picky person. I understand that fast food places get busy and it might take awhile for your order to arrive. This was ridiculous though and it’s not even the weekend. After waiting for an hour and a half for my pizza and wings I called to see if maybe they went to the wrong address or something. I gave them my telephone number so the person could look the order up and see what was happening. He said he didn’t have that number on file, which was weird. He then found the order by looking up my address and said hed have a manager call me back. So far no one has called me and I doubt anyone will. Its been three hours now so I also doubt my food will ever show up and if it does I’m sending it back unless they give it to me for free, because I already ordered thai food since this was taking so long.
I’m just glad I chose to pay with cash instead of a card because then they would have charged me for this. I’m never ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

I ordered two pizza late night for delivery, and it took over an hour and a half. Food was cold and bland.

Do you like waiting an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered? Have at it. Do you like getting your food? Try Domino’s.

I waited 2 hours on a Tuesday night for my pizza. When I called to see if it was coming we got transferred to a call center in California. Wtf? When it finally showed up it was honestly the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. Seriously I am repulsed.

Last night we Ordered The Dinner box Deal at 8:18 was supposed to be here at 9:19 was delivered at 10:50. Called them at 9:55 I called 12 times it was 10:03 before anyone answered the phone. When I finally got through to explain to them it wasn’t here yet. The manger explained he would credit me for my next order which was a very nice thought however I am still unhappy. When the delivery driver arrived he ran away quickly after handing me my order saying «Don’t worry you don’t need to tip it’s free» like he didn’t want to wait around for me to realize my $ 28 dollar order was ice cold. The food was so cold it felt like it had been in a fridge for hours. We had to heat up our food in the oven to eat it. We each ate maybe 3 bites of the pizza and the pasta before tossing it in the trash it tasted awful and bad. We were both horribly horribly sick today with food poisoning from it so I’m pretty sure they used something expired or old. What confuses me is when I called and spoke with the manager he stated the delivery driver had forgot our order and he had a new order ready for us. When the food arrived at 10:50 there is no excuse for it to have been that cold. When I called after receiving the order to complain about the food being cold and un-​edible my call was picked up and hung up on.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with ordering and quite frankly I don’t want to order from pizza hut ever again because of this.

What can I say about Pizza Hut? Obviously there are better pizza options Uptown, but Pizza Hut is predictable. With reasonably quick delivery it’s great for late-​night munchies.
You can’t order from Pizza Hut without ordering a side of bread sticks. At least I can’t.

Well, it’s Pizza Hut.
We order delivery all the time from the Hennepin Pizza Hut because it’s cheap, fast, and I can get the thin-​crust Chicken Supreme which has a ridiculously awesome calorie/​fat profile. Whether we’re ordering that or something different, they have never screwed up an order, nor have they been excessively poky or otherwise difficult to deal with.
I wish I could give 3.5 stars. I mean, I never go out of my way to say I totally want to get Pizza Hut pizza; I get the one listed above strictly because it’s good at being what it is and fits my dietary needs. It’s not like it even remotely compares to all of the crazy artisan pizza in the Cities. But at the same time, this location has served us very well, and I don’t want them to feel jacked. They can’t help it that they’re Pizza Hut. They’re good for a Pizza Hut. So I’m rounding up.
