Best vacuum service in the land. The service is very fast. on several occasions my vacuum was spewing out a nasty odor and the wheels were falling off. They had the vacuum running smooth and rolling great with-​in a day or so. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and flexible. Sometimes you’ll have to weigh whether or not you’ll want to buy a new vacuum or have them make repairs because it can get expensive depending on issue you’re having, BUT they are honest and fair. They also have a solid selection of vacuums to buy with varying qualities and prices for all sized pocket books. I mostly use them for the service but the next time I need a Vacuum I’ll probably buy one from them.

I sent a vacuum in to be repaired last week. I got a call today saying that the requested repair is illegal, and he refuses to do it. Why he wanted to keep it over the weekend to ‘diagnose’ this supposedly blatant problem instead of telling me on the spot is beyond me. Now I have to make a second trip to SLP to pick up my still-​broken cleaning equipment.
He also told me that if I don’t come pick my vacuum up within the next two days, he will throw it away. Needless to say, I will not be sending any more vacuums to this shop in the future.
