Every Noodles and Co experience I have ever had has been great! I choose to get the Peanut Thai dish with tofu this time and it was the best meal I have had yet here! This one my first time at this Minneapolis location and it was my only meal of the day and it was perfect, and filled me up wonderfully before playing a rock show at Honey down the street! My band mate got one of the noodle soups with chicken and he was in soup heaven! It was his first experience with a Noodles and Co and I think he’s a believer now!
Nice staff, clean bathrooms, great local beers. Love it!

The staff here are SO nice and wonderful in person and on the phone. They really went above and beyond to make sure some specific dietary needs I had were met. Definitely a great place to find food that works for different food restrictions (vegan, gluten-​free, etc.) and is delicious. Highly recommend the catering for a ton of food at an affordable price.

Great customer service, attentive to your needs. I came during one of their promotions where you can trade in 3 canned goods for a free meal. This was particularly a good deal because they could be any canned goods, not just meats and chilies as suggested on their website. As I was about to pay for my food at the register, the man informed me that sides are also included in the promotion! He asked me for a drink as well, I declined just getting water, but I believe this was also included. All in all maybe a $ 12 meal turns into costing me $ 2.19 with the 0.73 cent cans of corn I had to buy from Lunds next door. Chipotle used to do this to but not anymore, hopefully it continues.

I love the truffle mac, the service is fast and friendly, and Noodles always has great coupons and deals if you join their email list. The girl there (I forget her name) is super cute and always SO nice!
