McDonald’s

My kids loves McDonald’s I mean what kid doesn’t right?! I understand that it is a fast food restaurant but I don’t understand how rude they could possibly be. I ordered a big breakfast platter like I normally do and my breakfast did not look satisfying at all! It’s like they threw in all in a box shook it up and poured on the platter then served it. Horrible horrible horrible come on McDonald’s you are a multi million dollar business will you get people that are willing to work hard for their pay and not because it’s just a job!

What horrible customer service. The woman at the pickup window decided to ignore us after we asked if we could trade out the toys in our kids meal. She rolled her eyes then just left the window and started wandering around the McDonalds, ignoring us while not giving us our drinks and my daughter’s McFlurry. Another employee decided to wander around to the window and noticing the long line of customers waiting after me just stared at me until I asked if we could trade the toys out (I’ve been holding the toys out of my window this whole time). He took the toys and went to trade them out while shouting at her about it. He returned and gave us the new toys and our drinks and I left. Driving home I realized that they didn’t even give me my cone which I paid for. I’m not going back there. Horrible. I hope that lady works there until she is old because she deserves nothing more.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could! We used to go to this McDonald’s on occasion but always had issues with rude workers, incorrect orders, and an overall dirty restaurant. We stopped going completely when I ordered a Big Mac that came with a bite taken out of it (I think someone got the wrong order, realized it after taking a bite, and brought it back in but the worker just put back in the warmer without looking). When we complained the manager couldn’t communicate with us (spoke little English) so we never did get it resolved. We ended up complaining at the corporate website. Haven’t been back since.
