I have called Kohler and Dramm for the 3rd week in a row trying to put in an order desperately… The receptionist is possibly one of the rudest women I have ever dealt with(as I am in the event industry). I was hung up on once, and then transferred twice while I was in the middle of kindly trying to ask her a question. As I am not one to be rude and have an attitude with people I am speaking with, it was quite hurtful to have a company like this treat clients the way they do. I have yet to receive a call back after plenty of voicemails… I will have to find another wholesale florist to work with.

Really want to love you! I truly do, but I am not sure I like the quality of flowers here. I just started an account with Koehler Dramm — love the classes available for advancement in the floral industry — but man, why is my luck so bad with picking up fresh flowers, especially roses. I looked at all the bunches and picked what I thought were the best ones and still end up with many rotten ones. I chose this wholesale for my side business… now I truly have to consider elsewhere for better quality products. It had been my first time buying fresh flowers and hadn’t anticipated too much of a problem. I knew about the process handling of the flowers — and I did prepare them. As for white roses though — about a third of it were bad with brown rotting spots on them(which shows signs of ethylene gas contamination). Sad experience. Have to figure something else for my fresh flower needs. Love the prices on supplies though.

They may have great inventory, but the staff is horrible. Every person I came into contact with at this business was extremely rude and condescending. Don’t give these people a dime of your money, I know I will tell everyone I come into contact with to avoid them at all costs.

May as well go to where all the flower shops get their flowers huh? A bit a shit show when you walk through the door but once you get your bearings there is no shortage of every flower under the sun! Be resourceful and save a ton of money on flowers for your wedding… we did.

Koehler and Dramm is a fantastic resource in Minneapolis for great floral finds. While it’s only wholesale unfortunately, I’ve had the opportunity to shop through here with stylists and it’s an overwhelming visual feast of all sorts of cool botanicals that you won’t find in your average floral shop as well as your standards. The main cut flower area is essentially a giant walk in plant refrigerator, while there is also a heat and humidity regulated room for tropicals that include a variety of snazzy dyed orchids. They’ve also got an extensive plant room and dry goods section, which stocks planters, silk botanicals, ribbon, and other florist supplies.
