Better and cheaper than Geek Squad. Would definitely use them again

What a great find. Called to schedule an appt and was surprised it was scheduled for the next day. Mark showed up right on time, and did a fantastic job hooking up my entire home theater system. He even took the time to show me how to program all the remotes, now I have one remote instead of three. He was very knowledgable and made sure everything was perfect before he left.

Over the weekend I unwittingly downloaded unwanted software and it had a negative effect on my laptop. I came across Geekatoo on this site and decided to give them a call. Because the line was busy at the time, I liked that there was an option on their phone line to request a call back. I didn’t have to wait long for the call back which was about 15 minutes. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very gracious and helpful and he told me that one of the tech guys would call me to make an appointment to come by my home to look at my computer. He said it would be a day or two but I received a call from Mark to make an appointment within 10 – 15 minutes. I was impressed.
Mark arrived right on schedule at six in the evening. It only took about 45 minutes for him to resolve the issues on my laptop. He gave me some great suggestions on caring for my laptop from what kind of spyware/​malware software to use to making an appointment to have my laptop cleaned. I like that I was able to get in home service within a few days since my laptop troubles began and the service that was provided. I thought the cost was reasonable. I definitely will be using Geekatoo in the future whenever I have issues with my computer.
