In 3 weeks I lost 6 lbs in a 21 day challenge. I continued on and now 6 – 7 weeks in I’m 17.2 lbs down and 2.4% body fat and still losing. I get compliments from people all the time now about how much better I look. It’s a great workout and only 30 min. It you go I guarantee you will lose weight, gain muscle and get healthier. Everyone I have seen there have not just lost 4 or 5 lbs but 10’s of lbs. it almost sounds unrealistic but I have seen it and their walls are littered with photo proof. There are a couple that even lost upwards near 100 lbs. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to get in shape.

Pros: Their HIIT formula works. The workout is fun and quick. 30 minutes a day is easy to do. The facility is clean. Cons: I participated in a 6 week boot camp challenge to win a trip to Jamaica. My boyfriend and I signed up because it sounded fun. It was a short term goal to hopefully get us excited about working out. In hindsight I wish I would have known about certain rules which require gimmicky challenges: checking in on FB, writing reviews on Google and FB, attending sales meetings to sell/educate you $ 5,000 ionized water machines(which I didn’t attend because I think it’s ridiculous and that is my personal opinion), recruiting your friends etc. Most of this is in the fine print so if you’re versed in contract law none of this should be a surprise, for the rest of us I thought I would give a heads up as to what you are getting into… such as «before» pictures being posted on their public Facebook page. Also make sure you cancel in the allotted«window» or you will be automatically charged their monthly membership fee of $ 300(for a 30 minute workout class 6 days a week is a bit high considering there are other places that charge significantly less for the same basic idea). When opting out of continuing my membership, after the boot camp, I was met with an incredibly rude and unprofessional response in the form of a personally insulting letter. I give FBBC at 1, I had originally gave them a 2 because it wasn’t all bad. However, I give them a confident 1 and would recommend you spending your money elsewhere. I will always support Minneapolis and local businesses, but there is never an excuse for copping an attitude and shaming your customers into buying what you are selling. Update, beware if you post a negative comment they will be relentless contacting you to remove it.

Fit Body Bootcamp is so much fun. Jon and Sofia are super friendly and encouraging. The atmosphere is so upbeat and positive it keeps you coming back for more. I look forward to going in each time. The workouts are only 30min, but you can stay for the next class if you feel the need for more. Each day is full of something new and they are always switching up the workouts to make sure every part of your body gets pumped. Have no fear, you will never get bored of your workout here. Jon and Sofia also help you with your nutrition and any other training questions you have. They are so responsive and are really devoted to your success. I’ve always been a runner and never thought any workout could trump the results — but FITBODYBOOTCAMP won that argument! The combination of cardio and strength training has me in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I’m more toned and have way more time & energy on my hands. The 1+ hours I used to spend working out have been condensed to 30 mins and I’m seeing great results. Come check it out!
