I live in Uptown, Mnpls and have been vaping for a couple years. I searched out the E-​Cig Crib because I was tired of the vape snobs at the other store I was using always trying to up-​sell me.
The Crib is NOT like that. I’ve shopped there exclusively for at least a year and couldn’t be happier. Between their fluid stamp card and purchase points system, I always am able to get what I need even if I’m out of cash. Their happy hour, wheel of prizes, and bracelet discount are worth mentioning, too.
I’ve never had an unresolvable problem with any of my purchases. The staff seem invested in my satisfaction, are extremely down to earth, and incredibly knowledgeable.

I used to go to a competitor more than I go to the Ecig crib and would like to compliment their large selection of flavors. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick. Sometimes they have half price on certain fluids in a bin by the register. The only downside for me is that the highest nicotine available is 24.

When I walked in, I was excited. Clean, inviting looking store.
The variety of devices seemed pretty limited to me, but I think most of these stores are working on expanding with the growing vaping community.
The reason I can’t give this place a better star rating is the juice. I must have tried at least 20 different e-​liquids and none of them were that good in my opinion. I like to really taste my vapor. Perhaps it’s the devices they use for testing or the formulation, but I just didn’t really care for anything enough to purchase it.
The staff was friendly but they didn’t even really seem to know much about the juice. I went there to try a specific brand and they couldn’t even tell me if what I was trying was that brand, something else, or their own «brew».
I’ll try again and review at a later date.

I recently quit smoking and came to the E Cigg Crib after my cheaper electronic cigarette was just not doing the job. I really liked this place. First off, all vaporizers I’ve seen that are comparable to the ones at E Cigg Crib at local head shops are much more expensive. I feel like I payed a very reasonable price for my E Cigg. I’ve now been here twice since they’ve opened and I’ve either had very helpful staff or very dismissive staff. It’s also been very busy at times and I’ve had to wait for considerable amounts of time.
They have a great selection of juices, batteries and attachments. It’s a good place for the e cigg enthusiast or just the person looking for something to help them quit their smoking habit.
Since the product and price are excellent and the customer service has been so-​so I give this establishment 4 stars.
