I like this Dunn Brothers. It’s right in LaSalle plaza and has a good amount of seating for folks reading the paper. The walls are glass so you can people watch but some of the skyway noise is shut out. They reorganized a the ordering space a bit and it’s much easier and less crowded at the counter. This location also has egg and potato burritos II can snag if you get there early enough. Otherwise grab one of the many muffins they have.
