When a family member passed away in April 2015, we called Cremation Society of MN at this So Minneapolis location after another funeral home treated us insensitively. The folks at the CS of MN came out to collect the body promptly, and treated us and our deceased with great care, sensitivity, respect, and dignity.
We worked with John Waterston at the funeral home to make all of the arrangements and he was just great. I felt like he really heard what we wanted and helped us make everything work within our limited budget.
