Creative Edge Reality

If you choose to buy a home from Creative Edge Realty, be very careful and consider this review a stern warning. While the homes that they are selling look beautiful… there will be many issues down the road. I purchased my home from Ron at Creative Edge Realty, in which he represented seller /​«contractor» who flipped the house. While the house was beautiful, well appointed, and finished with precision… the problems keep coming. The seller basically put band-​aids all over the problem parts of the house and them dressed them up with a variety of finishes. We have had numerous electrical issues, roof leaking issues, basement flooding, and even had issues with the plumbing.
The bottom line is they do business with some unethical people. Be careful and watch the contracts they ask you to sign. You will be in over your head.
