Dumb it down a bit! That’s why we bring our computers to you is because we don’t know what we’re doing! Otherwise they are great help, you can call or bring in your stuff they’ll help you fix it at the counter!

Disappointed. Wanted a good experience, but brought in a computer whose internal battery needs replacement. I asked how much this would cost. The guy at the counter said he wasn’t sure but that it would probably need some internal work and I’d have to provide the battery. He finally came up with a labor cost of $ 99, a number he seemed to pull out of the air. He really didn’t seem to have a clue and didn’t try to hide his ignorance. I will look elsewhere for computer service.

I have never had an issue with my computer this bad. I didn’t know what to do and when I called they said they had a ton of work so they may not get to it for a week. The guy was great on the phone and told me to bring it in they would look at it for a possible quick fix. Brought it in and they knew within 5 minutes that it was a video card. He put a new card in and had me out the door in 45 min. I run a business off of this computer so to be in and out with great customer service was the best computer fix I have ever had. Thank you Chip heads and you now have a customer for life!

Chipheads is awesome! Considering myself pretty tech savvy I was reluctant to take my corrupt Compact Flash to a professional. After personally running my card through three different recovery softwares I had nothing. I decided to give CH a try with the insurance that if they weren’t about to recover the data I needed I wouldn’t pay. A week later I have all 5GB of lost photo data and happy customers. Very friendly knowledgeable service. God-​forbid another data failure but just in case — I’m going with Chipheads.
