Dr. Kreuger is the best! He had been my childhood dentist and I hadn’t seen him for over 10 years due to an insurance change. But he remembered so many details about my teeth, my family and about me that it was like seeing an old friend. He also was respectful and didn’t make me feel bad about the state of my mouth. (Which is something I hadn’t experienced at the dentist I’d seen in the past few years.) He was also observant and gave me another shot of numbing medication when I’d winced during a procedure. (another thing I hadn’t experienced at the other dentist.) In the past few years I’d come to the conclusion that I had dentist anxiety and was going to search out a dentist that did sedation for everything. But now I don’t feel that way anymore because all I needed was a competent, caring, professional dentist, like Dr. Kreuger.
The office and all the staff contribute to a very pleasant experience. It’s clean, modern and the friendly staff put me at ease right away.
